Daylight robbery you win and they don't even pay out I proved identity and proof of address have 2 cards registered but they won't pay out as the card they want was destroyed by bank so carnt use it anyway but other deposited few times of it but that's not good enough scam artists need the site shutting down don't deposit on there site customer service is shocking

I have been waiting for a couple of weeks to take my winnings out I've provided all documents that have been asked for and have said they have all been verified, I've tried so many times to withdraw my money but it says because I added funds to my account with mobile payment I need to deposit again with registered bank card which I have tried to do but then says I've got to much money in my account to deposit, I'm going to seek legal advice because I've emailed so many times and I'm not getting anywhere

Customer service email bounce back

I have tried to email their customer service since Monday to try and get my withdrawal processed but it keeps bouncing back. I have submitted my documents to show my debit card is in my maiden name and sent my wedding license but they aren't getting my emails as their inbox is full. I cannot get a hold of anyone and there is no live chat or telephone number. I have a balance of 7000 which I cannot withdrawl as no one can seem to help

Rejecting documents for no reason and breaking their contract.
Awful company with a lack of customer service. I have uploaded my documents several times, which meet criteria, but they are getting rejected. No explanation why, just a generic email to say they’ve been rejected. I have all evidence and Slotsbaby are in breech of contract. Should this continue, I will make a claim via the small claims court.
