I'm a punter for nearly 8 years with slotpark. Something went wrong with my slotpark app and decided to install a new app which I found that my credits and rating is gone it's like starting from the beginning. I've send 3 emails and nothing has been done to retrieve my old app to recover my credits and my rating.
