The Casino just deactivated my account with out any reason….
After a week I get a email that I should send them selfie pictures of my document and Hello Slotmafia… I send them all, but didn’t not get a response… My account was fully verified, and to months ago I received a withdrawal, I never thought that it’s possible to happen this, afte second withdrawal thay just blocked my accounts.

Avoid this scam of a casino. I was playing a game when all of a sudden the game glitched and increased my bet so nearly all my funds were gone, I contacted customer service who said that the only way for this to happen is by me increasing me bet, I would not go from betting 20 cents to $18 on one spin. They would not even look into it just blamed it on me even though the game was glitching. Have emailed and asked for a full bet history, but still have not supplied it. Customer service are rude and unhelpful. Absolute scammers.

I opened an account with slot mafia but entered my husbands first name which was my error totally. I contacted live support straight away to correct my error and told live support to close my account. I then opened a new account with the correct details and got full verification for my new account. I deposited 200 euro and won 430 altogether so I asked for a withdrawal which was pending which I no is normal. Today my account was closed because of what happened at the start. They sent me an email stating my winning were confiscated and my deposits would be returned. I accept i made an error but I now seemingly have to wait for a manager to review this. Their is nothing to review as far as I'm concerned. Return my deposits of 200 euro as promised. Has anyone every had this issue. I no it was my error but I thought everything was fine when my account was verified.
