Rip off company!
We pre-ordered, paid and never received the merchandise we bought. We have send numerous emails to different parties, to get as last resort, that we had to contact the responsible for the merchandise, to be told again that it is the shop (website in this case) that sold it, and we went sent back to the beginning again. We have gone nowhere with email for many months.
It is not that much about the money, it is about the ethic -or lack of it- of not being able to solve this issue, while everybody involved, from the merchandiser, shop, and several courier companies wash their hand passing the ball from one place to another, and the end result is that nobody takes responsibility. No refund and no product!!!
