Stay away

Defective product, unprofessional customer service only focused on denying culpability and pushing back on any refunds

If there is indeed a defect, are customer service is very willing to help you asap. In this case, you are (in not a very friendly way) saying the device can only be used in China and that is totally not true. We even checked the serienumber with Aqara itself and they are also confirmed it is EU. You were just using it wrong and didn't give are customer service any change to explain it to you.
We find it very disappointing that you are writing a review like this, but we can see you do this often.
With over 1000 reviews our customers value our service with a 9.2 so we know we are doing a really great job.
Please go fool someone else!
