I emailed several times and had no response back, I firstly emailed querying where my products were and then as time went on I demanded a refund because if the service of the company is that bad the products must be just as terrible.
I tried emailing again and again and the customer live chat doesn’t even connect you to an agent.
Don’t waste your time or money with this awful company.

Only given 3 stars as haven’t used it long enough to see results. Product can within a few days so not a scam as people are saying.
Dissolves really quick & tastes great.
Will review again after I have seen any results. It’s worth a try for all you people wanting to loose weight.

I placed 2 orders received them both within 7 working days which is reasonable, good products, good customer service may take a day or two to respond but not a issue tbh, only issues I had is I don’t receive dispatch email or delivery tracking my orders just turned up, definitely be purchasing in the future, just bear in mind when ordering that you order could just arrive/turn up anytime between 3-7 working days without dispatch/tracking information, also make sure you have a account so you know when it’s shipped

Very bad experience about this company
Very bad customer service experience about this company. My order hasn’t been delivered since May. No reply on customer service. Several emails sent but no reply. Tried to contact their virtual service still no assistance available and keep saying my order no and email don’t exist but keeps on sending me promotional messages and informations. They don’t update you about your order delivery, unbelievable!

Very very bad customer service yes I agreeits 0% placed an order was told 3-5 days delivery no sign of my order and no response to email or messages and no live agents to discuss your issue only virtual assistant which put you on hold saying be patience it’s trying to connect you while it’s a total lie. Even waiting 6 hours no chat was connected to speak to someone. And sorry you can’t say check my junk or spam no emails have been received regarding my order.

Customer service is 0, I’ve sent 5 emails requesting to process a return, they have no replied! They are not replying because they want it to go over the 30 day money back guarantee time frame! I just won’t pay if they do that and if they try and take it further I have a whole email thread that shows dates and times of me requesting a return !!! I've been ordering from Slimjoy since beginning of April, delivery is around 2 weeks maybe a bit more but I absolutely love these products. I'm calorie counting and working out and these products most definitely help especially my tummy area. I don't know why people are moaning about the company I've never had any trouble with them.
