I cannot recommend Slide Wardrobes Direct enough. Not only huge choice of styles at reasonable prices, good quality furniture but also amazing Customer Service. Very nice , supportive, understanding people and great communication.

Do not trust the main marketing text on the Slide Wardrobes Direct website. When I placed my order for a 4-door made-to-measure kit, their homepage explicitly promised that every DIY kit "comes complete with bespoke-sized doors, matching tracks, liners, and soft closures." However, it arrived without a single soft-close mechanism.

When I complained, the owner completely deflected, pointing to hidden fine print in the FAQs and an ambiguous checkbox in the design tool to justify leaving them out. When challenged under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding goods matching their primary description, she simply ignored my emails for 11 days.

PROOF OF DECEPTIVE PRACTICE: In her response below, owner claims they do not mislead customers. However, immediately after I raised my legal complaint, they quietly and retrospectively edited their homepage to add the words "(if selected)" right after "soft closures."I have uploaded the before-and-after screenshots online (see links below) proving they changed their contract terms only after being caught out. They corrected their legal vulnerability to protect themselves from future scrutiny, yet they stubbornly refuse to fulfil the parts promised to existing customers who bought under the original text.

Terrible transparency, evasive corporate behaviour, and zero accountability from top management.

ordered some mirror doors using the online guide, then phoned the company and checked. Excellent service from friendly people. I had to mess around with delivery dates (my fault) but goods were delivered efficiently. Great quality. Used the doors, and cannot be more pleased

We found the site gave us a good choice of colour and finishes and was really easy to navigate.
Once the order was placed it was delivered really quickly considering it was made to measure.
