I have put a review on here about your company & wowher & terrible customer servces they said that you would write back to which you have not nothing unusually there !!
Always stalling the answers ! Just don't care!

I was worried after reading all the bad reviews however I was extremely impressed with everything. I got a text saying when my bed was getting delivered then I got a phonecall saying the driver was off sick and it was rescheduled for the next day. The bed did come at 8am and the 2 men were very helpful getting it into my flat. Got it built and my daughter loves it. Definitely worth the money I paid for on wowcher.

Purchased a bed and mattress via Wowcher.. got a phone call to say my bed would be delivered on said day.. day came and wasn’t notified of a time untill the middle of the afternoon… that time was between 20:18 and 23:18?! Who delivers at 23:18 at night? Anyway.. stayed up all evening to no delivery.. no communication nothing. Following day email came saying attempted delivery at 0913 that morning (wasn’t as I was in ) and the same email stated bed was out for delivery at 2pm.. which doesn’t add up!! Absolutely terrible service no communication nothing! Asked for refund!

Be very careful when ordering from this company. If you have a pregnant person or elderly individual waiting at home, don't expect any assistance. I had my gran waiting at home only to discover that the delivery personnel won't enter any buildings or homes. They will only go as far as your front door. Why? Because they aren't insured to do anything beyond bringing the item to you or leaving it outside. This is extremely inconvenient and shows a lack of customer care.

To make matters worse, they only deliver on Mondays! This restrictive delivery schedule is completely impractical and adds to the frustration. I am extremely disappointed with this service and urge others to think twice before ordering from them.

dont buy from this company,as they sent me the wrong mattress,then they say it was the right mattress wich it clearly was not, i had to prove to them it was wrong, then what a nightmare trying to get refund, and the bed company are the same company

I ordered a bed through Wowcher and paid £35 “speedy” delivery. The day of delivery came and went and no bed arrived. The bed was delivered about a week later, damaged and with the wrong headboard.
Had to wait another two weeks for another bed to come to replace this bed and the headboard.
The bed arrived again damaged. I was advised by the delivery driver to keep the bed and contact customer service for a partial refund as a good will gesture. The company refused to give me any money back claiming that it was all down to wowcher but would offer me a set of memory foam pillows as apology. That was around 3 months ago and I’m still waiting. No one replies to any emails they genuinely couldn’t give a hoot! I don’t know how companies like this are allowed to continue to operate!! Beds are cheap because the company is cheap.

The company think it's correct to leave a king size matress on the main road of your address at 9pm on a wet September month no attempt to ronf the door bell and i have cctv footage of them dumpin the super king size matress and leaving over a month of messages and Emails and the case closed the item was classed as delivered and it being wet and soaked through is not there issue.

Please avoid this company I used them via wowcher and there juts as bad lesson learned don't use cheaper company's there are disgusting

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (also known as Bedbusters on eBay). WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD FOR YEARS. The mattress I received had such a high chemical content (very cheap quality and I've learned my lesson there) that I had an adverse reaction to it. It smelled so strongly that after a couple of days the only thing I could to was to wrap it up in several sheets to try to contain it. They then claimed that there were no chemicals used in the manufacturing or the packing process, which is a ridiculous claim and easy to disprove. They also said it was my responsibility to pay for the return of the mattress in order to get a refund - the cost of which was greater than the cost of the mattress. (They also tried to claim initially that I had to return it in its original packaging in order to get a refund - something that's humanly impossible to do; it takes industrial machinery to vacuum pack a mattress.) Another bizarre claim they made was that the reason they specify that their mattresses need to be "ventilated in an isolated room for a minimum of 48 hours" was not because the chemicals needed to be aired and released, but ... "as it is expanding can and does pick up smells around it so if a customer were to leave it to expand in a wet garage for instance the mattress would smell like a wet garage after it has been allowed to expand." (I don't have the energy to pick apart such an inane claim...) Eventually, eBay stepped in and gave me a refund themselves because Bedbusters would not take any responsibility for the situation.
It's worth noting that Sleepyn and BedbustersUK are two different trading names for Sleep Factory UK (listed in Companies House). Both have terrible reviews!

I recently purchased this bed from wowcher and upon waiting for delivery I felt the need to read reviews so once I came on trust pilot I started panicking that I’d made a mistake. The delivery ended up being changed to 4 days later than the original date so I thought this was going to be the start of my problems but it did arrive on the updated day. The delivery driver could’ve at least helped bring the bed into my flat considering the price of delivery. The actual bed and mattress I couldn’t say a bad word about it. The bed isn’t of the highest quality but for the price you can’t really complain, the mattress however is delightful, I suffer from severe back pain and after a month of sleeping on an air mattress I was saved. I don’t know whether I was just lucky but would definitely recommend due to my experience

Terrible company, made wrong delivery and wouldn't bring the right item.
They are always having systems issues, they are SCAMMERS!

If you like throwing money away then you can buy from them.

ordered a double bed through living social/wowcher, the bed that arrived is nothing like the one i purchased, its cheap, nasty and the mattress is a rolled up paper thin flat unsupportive useless waste of time.Emailed them twice no reponse AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought and paid for a mattress through Wowcher ,wasn't aware that the mattress was going to be such poor quality. Unable to get response from Sleeepyn poor show Wowcher letting these companies use their website to sell crap items. Buyer beware avoid wowcher.

bought a luxury 3000 spung mattress of these guys, they sent me some cheap rolled up piece of crap. Then wouldn't swap and lie out there teeth avoid at all cost RIP OFF SCAMMERS BED BUSTERS UK EBAY

Awful . Bought a bed through Wow her with them . First they said we need to change delivery dates , then they just didn’t have the bed at all . Waste of time and money AVOID!

Bought a king-size memory foam mattress from them through wowcher. When it arrived, there was a big lump in the middle. Had it replaced ony to find that my nights are filled with spring popping and lumps again. Very disappointed. Will NEVER buy from them again a waste of money.

Ordered a suede grey king size bed from Wowcher. The bed came broken. The headboard is broken and the screws for the bed are to small. The bed frame is full of stains. The delivery didn’t even want to bring my order up to my flat knowing I had small kids and the bed was huge compare to me.

Terrible Company, awful customer services, shocking communication and rude management team. The only positive comment I can make is the guy that delivered the bed he was polite and helpful.

I ordered a small double divan with mattress from this company through wowcher , it took 5 weeks for it to be delivered with alot of emails , phone calls and false promises made.
Something as a customer you should not have to deal with.
Finally got order left by the side of my home with nobody at home to receive it.
Had already taken unpaid leave on more than 1 occasion awaiting promised delivery.
Courier service providers , tuffnells and Menzies , absolute jokers whom really shouldn't be trusted with your goods.
Products of poor quality and certainly not worth anywhere near what I paid.
Avoid , Avoid , Avoid.
