Careful about buying from Slaystationpc
On November 9 I put an order with Slaystation PC, prior to that they answered all of my questions and were quick. The following days I got updates about my pc build so I thought everything was going fine, but after the last update on the 22th/Nov where they told me my build was done and ready for shipping, and to wait up to 48hrs for a tracking number, they stopped responding.
I waited around a week before I sent them an inquiry about when I could expect them to ship my order but they never replied. After multiple messages they finally answered days later that they were going to send me a tracking number the next day. They never did. They never addressed any of my concerns either...
They kept ignoring me, so I cancelled my order and requested a full refund on December 9. That very same morning, they created a pre-shipment label and sent it to me, ignoring my request.
I opened a dispute with the bank, and it was a total of 3 months (from when I placed my order) to get this resolved through them since this company refused to work on a solution and let the time run out instead.
Their lack of accountability has been extremely disappointing, and I wanted to warn others by leaving a review on their site but they didn't let me post it.
I'm far from being the only one with a terrible experience with them, so make sure to do your research if you want to risk it.
