This Company is total pants when it comes to Customer Care USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Ordered 48 Bottles of Volvic Lemon 500ml they only delivered 12, umpteen emails regarding remainder and phoning direct no response to either have gone through Amazon for Refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. unless you are happy to pay for something you will never receive!!! Still waiting for our delivery after nearly 3 weeks... have just about give up and put down to experience... BE warned!!

I ordered recyclable coffee cups with lids. They never arrived. Then i had to fight for a refund via Amazon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A terrible company with a terrible attitude. I refused delivery of smashed coke bottles and sent them back with the delivery driver. After requesting a refund a rude reply was received telling me to claim from the delivery company. They simply ignored further mails and it took Amazon intervention to obtain a refund. Terrible company do not use.

I ordered 24 'bottles' of Diet Coke but received 24 'cans' of Diet Coke instead. This is the second time this has happened. In addition, my previous order with Slamtech didn't turn up at all and they still charged my £22 which I'll never get back. I have flagged with Amazon and will be taking legal action against Slam Tech Online if I don't receive an appropriate response from them, as this company doesn't deliver the right products or the products don't turn up at all!

We made the mistake of ordering a box of 5 reams of paper from this awful company via Amazon. They sent us a box of bleach instead. When I emailed to say we had received a box of bleach, they told me that they don't make mistakes, and I had to send a photo to prove it! It is now almost two months since I requested a prepaid label to return the bleach, and still have not received a refund or a prepaid label. I gave them a bad review on Amazon, and they emailed to ask what they could do to improve it, I said send me the label to renter the bleach, and refund our money, but they haven't done either. If you email them, they never get back to you, and I refuse to pay to return an item i did not order. Horrible customer service, horrible service altogether, avoid this company like the plague

This company is a complete joke. DO NOT USE! Like the vast majority of reviews left on here already, I echo their experiences. Wrong order delivered, told I was mistaken/wrong/lying. Photo evidence sent to company. Heard nothing, except for their pathetic 24-48 hours response template. Amazon had to step in, on the third time of contacting them [thought I would give Slam Tech a good fist of getting it right]. Only then did I get a response from Slam Tech, asking why I had had such a bad experience....because, i have not received my order, you took my money, you did not reply to any of my messages, and I had to get Amazon in to refund me!! A JOKE company!!!

Awful service got told my parcel would arrive 3 days later than was expected item still hasn’t arrived no tracking updates no communication to apologise for late delivery no communication for no delivery still waiting to find out what’s happening and not even been offered a refund. This company steals your money

Help! Our item of Wet and Protect ordered through Amazon has not arrived. Due on 8th June. Have no tracking number. Can you explain?

Received in May 2019, items that expired in Feb 2019. Sent a message requesting a refund and received an automated reply saying they would contact within 48 hours resolve the issue. It's been over 2 weeks and no one has been in contact.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. We made an order from Slamtech's Amazon Marketplace for two large items. This was on February 28th 2019, the items were due to arrive by March 7th 2019, exactly one week later. Two days later we tried to contact them to find out why the items hadn't arrived, they immediately ignored all our questions and claimed to send a replacement. Two weeks later and still nothing, no original items and no replacement items. So we contacted them again requesting tracking information, hoping that we may at least find out if the items had been shipped, Again, everything was ignored and we were told we will be sent a replacement, but at this point we had enough. We told them this was unacceptable customer service, they finally responded with something different, claiming they would need to raise an issue with our postal service to find out what is happening and that they will need our co-operation, then nothing but silence from them. Suddenly out of no where the original items finally arrive, today, April 13th 2019, 37 Days late. Over 5 Weeks late. We are never shopping with Slamtech again, this was an awful experience, and the worst customer service we have ever had.

Fantastic Products, Fast Dispatch. It was shame when Pete of slamtech told me about the feedback left by few only who were disappointed. He was right in saying that customers like us do not leave 5 star feedback or positive reviews when everything is fine but we are quick to jump writing bad experience.
I have bought several times from this company and never had a issue. Well done Slamtech Team , keep it up.

Purchased a 3 pack of bio-oil from their Amazon marketplace store as the price was very good. Within 45 minutes I tried to cancel the order as I found a single bottle reduced in a local shop. They acknowledged my email but immediately after I received a notification that my item had been dispatched. As due to the nature of the product Amazon’s guidelines are that this is now non returnable (despite the fact it more than likely has not been dispatched). I have now instead had to contact Amazon directly. Not impressed.

Terrible service, item arrived both damaged and the incorrect items that cost a less than the item I ordered. Customer service I believe is very poor, wish I had read the reviews on the internet before ordering. I would say that this is probably the worst on line buying experience I have ever had.......Amazon have them listed as "Amazon choice" really!!

I would not in all good conscience recommend anybody to deal with this particular seller! I purchased 2 x six packs of fairy washing up liiquid from them and was supplied with two individual bottles of the same product instead. I emailed them pointing out the error and was subsequently asked to provide a photo of the items received, together with the packaging in which they arrived, this I promptly did. They acknowledged the error and promised me that the missing order had been dispatched and would be with me soon. Needless to say, a week elapsed and no sign of the missing order. I contacted them again by email and was asked to return the two bottles of washing up liquid that I had already received. I was unwilling to comply with this suggestion and appealed to them to make good my original order. Instead I appear to have received a refund for only one of the 2 six packs that I ordered. Naturally, I have pursued them for an additional refund but I am not at all confident of being successful, given that they acknowledged then ignored my email on the subject. I will certainly not be dealing with them again in the future. I only wish I had consulted the Trustpilot website before making my purchase, as the problems I encountered seem to be commonplace when dealing with this particular company.
P.S. Much to my surprise i have now received a further email informing me that I have been issued with an additional refund.

Worst company ever. They send out the wrong items, repeatedly, never respond to emails, won't accept return of wrong items, won't refund or put anything right.
I am a responsible and fair reviewer but this company is truly the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Avoid them like the plague.

Amazed at the range of products they have at competitive prices. I have ordered a few times and have received my orders as stated. Keep up the good work.

Ordered 24 plastic bottles of water for a children's party.

I received 20 GLASS!? bottles of water. The staff are not interested and I have received multiple emails from all different agents advising different things.

All I want is the correct product or a refund as what I have received is completely useless but I have no choice but to use the glass bottles after spending £30.00 on special bottles for the kids to enjoy I cannot afford to buy anymore.
