Fraud through a website recommended by Skyscanner
If it is possible I want to rate Fly Sharp & Skyscanner a Zero or negative.
This has been the worst flight booking experience I have ever had.
I found Fly Sharp through Skyscanner, where it appeared as one of the recommended booking options. Based on that recommendation, I trusted the company and proceeded to book my flight. My payment was taken immediately, but my booking was not confirmed, leaving me without a valid ticket despite being charged.
This has put several important plans at risk. Flight bookings are rarely made in isolation, people often arrange accommodation, meetings, leave from work, and other commitments around them. The uncertainty caused by taking payment without promptly confirming a booking is unacceptable.
What makes this even more disappointing is that there were no clear warnings or prominent disclaimers during the booking process to suggest that payment did not guarantee ticket confirmation. As a customer, I reasonably expected that once my payment was accepted, my booking would either be confirmed or any issues would be communicated immediately.
I am equally disappointed with Skyscanner for recommending this company. A comparison platform builds trust by the businesses it lists, and customers naturally assume that recommended providers meet acceptable standards of reliability and customer service. Experiences like mine seriously undermine that trust.
I hope Fly Sharp resolves this matter immediately by either issuing the confirmed ticket or providing a full refund without delay. I also hope Skyscanner reviews the companies it recommends so that other travellers do not have to go through the same stressful experience.
I would not recommend booking through Fly Sharp based on my experience.

The process was straight forward when I was booking the flight but now my nationality and Issuing country is missing from the Airline manage my booking section and I am even not able to edit that. These details should be sent over by the partner agent I used which was booking.com
When I asked their help on this, they just said contact your airline or get sorted when checking in.

I got two one way flights to European cities (one there and one home-different cities) for much less than I got searching airline sites. And in a fraction of the time. Thanks for doing the research for me.
Good prices

We are returning clients, having used Skyscanner for trips to Singapore.
They somehow always seem to be the most competitive on price and their system is functual, quick, simple and efficient.

Options with price variations... but read the fineprint!
Gave me options and pricing was slightly better than booking directly with the airline.
However, it is essential that you check the fineprint and don't end up paying extra.
Another thing that I was not happy about was the Skyscanner tracking of prices, and at times, even though the email notification stated the prices were lower, that was not the case.
