Disgusting

Sub-par customer service, with rude staff members who couldn't care less about their customers, moreso upping the prices whenever they so feel. Their "Cyber security" is nothing more than a joke and the person in charge who goes by "Loop" does nothing more than insult clients, all of which I have screenshots of, and takes no accountability for issues with security, and once they cancelled the contract due to our reviews, “Loop” contacted a staff member using personal information as an attempt to scare the staff member. I have proof of all of this.

Disrespect Towards Clients & Immature CEO

I'll begin at the start: I approached Skyline for hosting our FiveM server (UndergroundRP) and got into a voice chat with their CEO Tim, while in the call we had the server being setup while Tim turned on his camera and showed his “server setup”, his server was being balanced on a Kmart speaker, afterwards he pulled out a bong and used it explaining he got it from his brother, we continued with the server, and we thought it was a good deal at the time, minus the obvious unprofessional actions and illegal action of their 16-year-old “CEO”

At first, they had great customer service and replied properly, they then eventually after our server was too much of a load on the QLD server decided to say they'll get a Sydney server, they then bought one from OVH and pressured us into getting into a contract for said server, we agreed, but the contract was signed by Tim (a minor) therefore was null

After a bit of time, we had an issue on our server with a security issue, so we opened a ticket on their server and suggested it be looked into only to be berated by Loop (their head of security) about how It was our fault and not their problem, and then he has “8 years of LUA experience and never encountered it”

After that ticket was concluded Loop came onto our server and opened a request, asking who installed the script which caused the security concern, we mentioned it and asked why he is now changing his mind since it previously “Wasn't his issue”, he mentioned he was curious, he went on for a while until he got aggressive with a staff member of ours (Vanu4Life) until he left our server, then blaming in my (xobots) DMs that it was Vanu4Life who caused the security issue and should be removed — an obvious conflict of interest

After these members of our communality disliked Loop severely due to the way he treated us and our community, Loop replied to a message with an emoji which was deemed disrespectful which caused an argument, the argument eventually led to their server where it spiralled out of control, We then got blamed for this and threatened our server to be suspended for their actions

One of their staff members disrespected our server and one of their partners said to a member of our staff “Honestly, you're just a waste of space no one will ever like you", which sparked more conflict.

After trying for ten minutes I finally got our community to stop the issue as I didn't want any drama, they then gave us a “30 day notice” for suspension as agreed with their terms

Everything was left for a while, and I found out Tim (their CEO) attempted to convince someone out of merging their server into ours and blatantly attempted to defame us by mentioning there was “rumours” we treat our staff poorly — a couple of days after that, we're on this day… Loop decided to start a group chat call to berate a member of our management blaming all the issues on him, stating we “review bombed” them, and It was all fake?

Then suspending our service only after 14 days of the notice…

Skyline is not a good company in any regards, take your business somewhere else, not with a company with a 16-year-old CEO who smokes pot in a business meeting, and not with a company which actively disrespects their clients… Their only good employees are HellboyHellz, CopperBotAUS & Madelyn, yet said employees are treated with disrespect even if they will not admit it due to being afraid they'll lose their position.

Horrible service

Title: Beware: Horrendous Customer Service Experience!

I recently had the misfortune of encountering what can only be described as a nightmare of a customer service experience with them. From start to finish, it was a masterclass in how not to treat customers, leaving me frustrated, angry, and vowing never to do business with them again.

Let me begin with the initial contact. I reached out to them via their online chat support in hopes of resolving a simple issue with my account. Little did I know that this would be the start of a long and arduous journey. The representative who responded seemed disinterested and indifferent to my problem, providing vague and unhelpful responses that did nothing to address my concerns. It felt like I was talking to a robot programmed to deflect any meaningful conversation.

After several futile attempts to get a satisfactory resolution, I decided to escalate the issue by calling their customer service hotline. That, too, turned out to be an exercise in frustration. I was greeted by long wait times, annoying hold music, and representatives who seemed more interested in rushing me off the phone than actually assisting me. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they were rude, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. It was as if they were reading from a script designed to placate angry customers rather than genuinely trying to solve their problems.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the lack of communication and follow-up only added insult to injury. Promises to call me back with updates were never fulfilled, and emails went unanswered for days on end. It was like shouting into the void, with no one on the other end willing to acknowledge my existence, let alone address my concerns.

To make matters worse, when I finally did manage to speak to a manager, they were equally incompetent and unresponsive. Instead of apologizing for the poor service or attempting to rectify the situation, they offered empty apologies and meaningless platitudes, leaving me feeling even more frustrated and disheartened.

In the end, I was left with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. The sheer incompetence and apathy displayed by them was enough to drive even the most patient of customers to the brink of madness. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers' time, money, or sanity, and until they undergo a radical overhaul of their customer service practices, I would advise anyone considering doing business with them to steer clear.

In conclusion, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. From unresponsive representatives to rude and dismissive managers, every interaction served as a stark reminder of just how little they care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and frustration, and take your business elsewhere. You'll thank yourself in the long run.

Disrespectful Staff & No Customer Feedback

Their staff are completely disrespectful and act as if they're 100x smarter than the customer, they've clearly never been taught customers opinions matter as their first priority is their own ego.

I attempted to make a staff complaint and the “CEO” of the company closed it because I was “hostile”
