Soft Skills are needed…

I want to preface this review by stating that Ford vehicles, overall, are excellent. However, this review is based on my interaction with one individual, Jeremy.
He definitely needs to learn more tact and professionalism. He was aggressive when I explained there might have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding.

He was abrupt and defensive, often saying, "I wasted his Saturday." His demeanor was all around rude. Note that he spent about 1 hour on this particular Saturday.

I previously purchased a vehicle from this location, and that transaction was excellent. Although I currently bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance, I will no longer set foot in this particular dealer or refer anyone. I've seen other reviews mentioning rude and aggressive sales tactics at this location. I can say that I have spoken with Francisco, who was amazing and understood the confusion.

However, since Jeremy was involved in the initial conversation, he had to refer me back to him.

To the owner of your dealership: one person's behavior can ruin a reputation. Please teach your salespeople that they should never be rude to anyone who walks through your doors.

I wouldn't call my experience great

I wouldn't call my experience great, but simply 3 of 5 stars. The good: I got the car I wanted at the price I needed it. The bad: Continuous emails, calls, texts which never end. It would appear that the online department competes with the real sales people and its extremely frustrating to deal with that mess when I want to buy a car. I like my sales person, but everytime I try to contact him, I am inundated by managers, online people and on and on. I hate to say this, but my experience has gone from good to bad because of this. I won't buy a car from them going forward.

This dealership is very bad to me

This dealership is bad. Service manager is rude, dishonest, bad attitude, and lies straight to your face, Promise work to be done but isn't. Parts to be OE Ford but isn't etc etc. Billing is so so high it must be against the law? (they double bill their $139 rates to screw their customer . Their actual mechanics don't do good work either. (Paid $188 for a 2 year warranty OE Starter motor but got a over-the-counter no-brand one with NO warranty). I've been here 3 times and each time, I've been worked over, vehicle damage (front sit side control panel bent&broken, oil and grease all over the place. This Salem, Oregon hot spot is the stay away from place in town. Ugh..!

No. Just no.

Listen. Dealers are generally not pleasant to deal with.

But this has got to be the the worst of them all. Rude, dishonest, bad attitude, not wanting to make a deal. Certain reps seem ok, but then you get pawned off to other reps that are blatantly rude and don't want to work with you or give you any options.
