Quick and efficient support

Quick and efficient support. Many thanks to two members of staff Rachel and Alvin from Terminal 2 Heathrow who were very helpful helping us getting emergency visa to Canada just before our flight. We had issues with payments as credit cards were not getting through on our mobile phones but Skybreaker worked very hard to help us.

HUMANITY HAS HUMAN QUALITIES, BUT THIS COMPANY MOST CERTAINLY HAS NO SLIGHTEST KNOWLEDGES ABOUT THEM

That definitely wasn't my mistake, because the same time I bought return tickets for two other flights and everything as usually. And I had never ever before such problems. Now instead of return I was given two one way tickets. And have to mention already twice flight times are changed. I have hearing problems and not doing serious businesses over the phone. I wasted my unpaid time, went from London to Gatwick to meet human attitude as we are on whose necks they exist and comfort their own and their loved ones lives.
I met unexpected carelessness, rudeness, cold inhumanity. They had countless reasons not to help AND when I said how evil and wicked you are, JACOB answered - if you call me so, I have even less desire to help you. Ego was injured. So he could help, but ... selfishness, laziness, carelessness .. Is that the right place for such creature?
To prepare for what I will say after. If I will say somebody can help only operation, it doesn't means I will do surgery because I am not a doctor. If I will mention kidnaping it doesn't means I am going to do it. Just for clearer showing who this JACOB are in core. And the comparison is - if his loved one would be kidnaped and requested just to change one my ticket, couldn't he find the way to do it? No doubts he would do it in the shortest time and without long talking and blah-blah-blah problems. But for one old lady he lacked humanity. Is his current position really for him, for an inhuman creature? I don't think so. If he still wants grab money to comfort his own life in this position, he should be sent to learn what means word created but humans - EMPATHY.

On the 10th of April 2022 Gatwick North

On the 10th of April 2022, Elize on the Skybreak service desk at Gatwick North was extremely helpful when I was under a lot of pressure due to a boarding pass problem at about 8pm. She went out of her way to be pleasant, was patient and helped calm me down. Staff like her are very few and far between.

Distraught lady

I was due to fly to see my son on Sunday 13th February
Unfortunately due to a problem with my PCR test being done too early, I was refused by the airline being able to fly.
As you can imagine I was distraught, I went and saw the staff at Sky break Gatwick, who were so helpful and tried their best to be able to get me on the flight by arranging a new PCR test, they were unable to do so, but they helped me book new flights, hotel for the night and a PCR.
Without them I don't know what I would've done.
Thank you so much

I couldn’t have been in better hands

I couldn’t have been in better or more willing hands when I found myself in a huge hole at the point of checking in for a USA flight! Sara was just so lovely doing all she could possibly do with such urgency. And after only 50 minutes of waiting to hear back she contacted me to say the paperwork was through!!!! I got to get on my planned flight. Thank you Skybreak! Thank you Sara. amazing service and an amazing staff member.

Jonathan at Skybreak in Gatwick airport…

Jonathan at Skybreak in Gatwick airport was absolutely phenomenal. Virgin Airways and Iberia dropped us like a hot potato. Didn’t care what happened to us. I will never fly those airlines again. Thanks to Jonathan I am no longer in Gatwick airport and I am now in Heathrow and he’s assisting me in getting on another flight to get me home. Thank you so much Jonathan. Myself and my best girlfriend were at the Gatwick airport for seven hours. If it wasn’t for Jonathan would still be sitting there. Thank you Jonathan. Warmest regards Mika
