Website is terrible. Spent three hours trying to buy additional luggage online. But failed. Will have to try to do it at the airport at significantly
higher cost. It feels like it’s a scam to be honest. I won’t be using them again.
Flight from Concepcion to Santiago de Chile - Attempted to check in on sky app and pay for an aisle seat but when process was completed app stated was an issue with my credit card and was not processed. Left it for a day and tried a couple times more = same response. Ended up paying cash at the airport just to get A seat (after 55 euro paid for the flight) and today i see on my credit card statement sky has taken 33.98 euro X 4 from my credit card !!! 135.92 euro just taken from my credit card without my approval. My bank will hopefully sort out as i have heard nothing since my e-mail to them.
cancelled our flights and refusing to refund us despite numerous conversations with their customer services department. All they are willing to offer is a voucher valid for 6 months which they know full well we shall not be able to use as we live in the UK and cannot just hop over to South America to use a voucher. Its an appalling attitude that gives no consideration to the financial situation of others during this current crisis
This company is not reliable at all! They cancelled my flight to Santiago from La Serena because of a little fog and don't even answer my emails. I tried cancelling other flights i had with them through their website and the website wouldn't work. I had a connection flight back to Europe from Santiago and if I hadn't bought a flight with Latam airlines I would have missed all my connections. They told me at the airport that they won't give me a refund and seems to me that this airline is not prepared for anything and doesn't want to take responsibility either
