I am your customer. The details of my order are below in an original email from your company. I have a question regarding my order. I ordered hoop gold hearts earrings in size M and paid for size M. However, what I think was sent to me - is size S. I attach the photo of the earrings I have received. Size S costs 160 euro, but in my order and payment I had M for 190 euro. I shopped on black Friday when you had a discount of 20%. I paid for 3 pairs 292 EUR. Mille Coeurs Hoops in size M cost EUR 190 + Spike Rivets Petit Silver cost EUR 85 + Spike Rivets = EUR365 - 20% (black Friday discount) = 292 that I have paid.

A refund of the difference in price would work well for me. EUR 30-20%= EUR 24.

I bought the silver Relier necklace last year (sight unseen) and was so pleased with the quality of this piece, I bought the very same necklace this year in gold. This style necklace is quite popular these days. There are many versions out there…Skultuna is the one you want. Trust me. I had to take it off at the airport and TSA mentioned the heft of my necklace. I’ll also add, that I bought both lengths and IMO, the longer version has been more wearable. The shorter version is more of a choker type look. Next year, maybe I’ll get a bracelet. I haven’t purchased it yet bc I’m not sure if I’d want the Relier or Petit Relier.

Absolutely beautiful light, I cannot recommend it highly enough! Exceptional quality! Equally stunning as a centrepiece, or to add some magic to that corner you’re not quite sure what to do with.
I hope to find a second one under the Christmas tree!
I adore the Moomins, but this light is equally great for those who aren’t necessarily fans of that particular aesthetic.

The platters are beautiful. I have been sending this out as gifts for years. Part of the experience is receiving the gorgeous platter in a beautifully designed box. Unfortunately, when shipped, there is not enough padding added, so the boxes are not adequately protected. 3 out of 5 boxes had dents and scratches. It could have been avoided by simply packing the boxes better with more padding. I find this disappointing that a company that takes so much pride in excellence, lets such a small but important detail be left out of their delivery process.The platters are beautiful, and I have been sending them as gifts for years. However, I've encountered an issue with shipping: there isn't enough padding, which means the boxes aren't adequately protected. Unfortunately, three out of five boxes I received had dents and scratches. This issue could be easily resolved by simply adding more padding during packing. It's disappointing that a company that prides itself on excellence overlooks such an important detail in their delivery process.
