I have ordered many times, the spare parts catalog is not true, almost every time they give out the wrong spare part for the car number. Delivery is their biggest problem, parcels take up to two weeks. Parcels from China arrive faster. I do not recommend

No order, no contact. I placed my order on April 26th. The package still hasn't shipped. I sent two emails, the second requesting a cancellation and refund. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response, so I'm posting this publicly. I will never order anything from you again. On Tuesday, I ordered the exact same filter at the same price from a different supplier. The package arrived from Oslo to Bergen in two days! So once again, I'm asking for a cancellation of order O0001089686 and a refund.

Products listed as "In stock" are not shipped after several days. There's no response at all from Skruvat, but the payment has been drawn from my account.

It was super slow and o tried to write to them but no respons got many emails that it was packegd And it took a month for it to be sendt. And then o bought another set for another company and then it was sendt and i never got to retur them. I also have 2 orders there that o don’t know if they ate shipped and it says it is packed. Just horrible. I orderd parts in desember and it was not shipped until februar

I ordered a cabin fan from Skruvat that…
I ordered a cabin fan from Skruvat that turned out to be defective straight out of the box – it makes obvious abnormal noises. I contacted customer service expecting a straightforward solution, but instead got a completely unacceptable response.
They refused to help, claiming the part “doesn’t fit my car,” which is completely irrelevant. The product is faulty regardless of what car it is installed in. To make matters worse, I even tested the fan in another vehicle where it is the correct factory part, and the issue was still there.
Despite clear evidence of a defective product, Skruvat continues to push the responsibility onto me. This is not only unprofessional, it feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid handling a valid claim.
When a company refuses to take responsibility for a faulty product and instead hides behind irrelevant arguments, it completely destroys any trust. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I will not be ordering from Skruvat again.
