Hello,
very bad service. The item was suppossed to be send within 24 hours, it was not. Tried to cancel the order, before it was send, week later still don't have a response from customer service. Received the item, to find out that there is a fee for return. Extemely unsatisfied. Never again.

Confusing and bad UX
Due to their confusing and bad UX, I managed to order the wrong part for my car. The support is slow and has a unprofessional and arrogant tone. The automated mail sent when registering a ticket is also weird, calling me a made up name.

Good price, but late delivery and poor packaging
The winter wheels I ordered on 21/11 didn't arrive for 6 days, and what was more surprising was that there was no packaging. I was handed two wheels, no packaging, no bubble wrap, nothing. I don't know if this is how it's supposed to be, but I was shocked.

Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid Skruvat at All Costs
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Skruvat has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered an item twice, and on both occasions they sent the wrong product—without any prior notice—after three long weeks, while my car was just sitting at the mechanic. This wasn’t a simple mistake; it was repeated incompetence. I had to spend extra money on taxis, and even though my mechanic was patient, he charged me additional fees because my car was delayed due to their errors.
After countless emails and phone calls, I received no real support, no solutions, and no compensation for the extra time, money, and stress they caused. Their website and warehouse systems are clearly mismanaged and out of sync, and the customer ends up paying the price for their internal chaos.
Every interaction with their customer service was dismissive, unprofessional, and utterly unhelpful. Despite being clearly at fault, they showed no willingness to rectify the situation or compensate for their repeated mistakes.
Skruvat makes repetitive errors, lacks accountability, and offers zero reliable solutions. My experience has been a total headache, and I cannot stress this enough: do not order from them. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Skruvat.

Sent the wrong bottle of oil and after I sent them photos they refused to send me the correct bottle or provide evidence that the bottle they sent (an older one) met the newer specifications which were shown on their website, and which I thought I was buying. Just insanely dumb customer service. They can see on the bottle they sent me it does not match their website. Why is the customer service in Sweden so much worse than the US? Do these companies really not care about losing customers???
