This is the fourth or so time I have used Skopes Menswear and they have done it again, the service was first class , the delivery service was spot on time , the Quality is first class , from the order on the website ( very easy to order ,pick what you want, choose the size , colour, ) to the door 5* recommened every time !!

Having not owned a suit for quite a long time I was a bit apprehensive and needed some expert advice and I found Gaz!! He put me at ease straight away, he was very knowledgeable and patient having spent 30 years in the tailoring business, I was needing a wedding suit asap he showed me lots of different suits and tips of the right way to wear a suit. Very happy with my purchase thank you again Gaz.. suits you sir... Meadowhall store .

Very easy site to navigate through. Some very nice clothing, I bought a great jacket at a fantastic price.

I paid just under £6.00 for a 2-3 day delivery time and it actually took 8 days.
I had to chase them for a lead time, they did respond quickly and sent out my item on a next day delivery.
I don’t think this would have happened if I had not sent in my chasing email.

I recently purchased a jacket and some trousers from Skopes at the White Rose Centre in Leeds. It must have been obvious that I was looking for something specific as I wandered around. I was approached by a cheerful, helpful, non fussy member of staff offering assistance should I require it. Her name was Michelle. I took her up on her offer of assistance. Good move!
Michelle helped me quickly and without fuss or pressure to find exactly what I wanted. She was efficient and swapped goods without any complaint when I frequently changed my mind. She made suggestions to enable me to find the right combination of clothes for my son's forthcoming wedding. She was chatty but not over bearing, she was friendly and helpful without being "in your face" and was the perfect assistance that I required. It turned a somewhat onerous task (for me, I'm not a shopper) into a pleasure. On my next visit to Skopes at the White Rose Centre I shall not hesitate to ask for Michelle by name to assist me in my shopping task.

Very speedy delivery, with 30 days return allowing plenty of time to decide on which to keep, great prices for quality products. A special all round company .

Had a fault on a shirt sent me a replacement right away .

Staff were all very helpful, gaz especially. Tailoring runs in his blood and you can tell the minute you ask for help. No fuss, no hassle and no pressure, just a very knowledgeable guy.

HI , this is my second review for Skopes but just felt I had to say thankyou for the very kind way all the staff treated both me ( when I could go in ) and in particular my wife .
I won’t go into the whole story but basically I’ve purchased quite a few items of clothing for an upcoming cruise but due to unexpected circumstances needed to change some of the items for a smaller size but was over my 30 day exchange period but after approaching the manager and other members of staff they immediately obliged and went out of there way to help which I thought was exceptional service and encouraged me to write them another review .
Thankyou so much all of you for your kindness, it’s something we wont forget!

I had bought the jacket last year in Ashford Outlet Centre. Didn't realise I could get trousers to match. Had bought ones to tone, but I'm delighted I could get a pair in my size that fit perfectly. So now can ring the changes! Your delivery was speedy too. Thanks for the booklet on your Wedding range too.

Shellie was welcoming and helpful from the minute we entered the shop. Nobody was pushy but we felt able to browse and get help when we needed it. The whole experience was great, prices spot on and we even got a deal on an extra shirt. Thank you 🤩

I have used Skopes a few times now, and have the confidence to order knowing that the returns process is simple and efficient. The product is of good standard and budget friendly and customer service excellent

I cannot fault Skopes. Their suits are lovely, and although where I live they cant offer the priority postage, all 3 orders have arrived within 2 days.
Returns are seamless and refunds/exchanges are prompt. You feel like youre dealing with a high end designer store, without the extortionate price tags! Whats not to love?

Donna,in the store at Junction 32 was absolutely fantastic and able to help me with choosing a suit for my nieces wedding.

We were helped by Kamika in the metro centre store for somewhere around an hour, her service was absolutely fantastic and she was able to help us choose a suit that fit perfectly and also took measurements to ensure I was getting the best fit possible

Other staff were also extremely helpful and were always asking if we needed any help, all in all really recommend this store in this location
