Very helpful and empathetic

The online quick chat was fast and easy to use. Would definitely recommend!! Appreciated not being stuck with an AI agent like with other quick chats, and it went straight to a staff member.

I was encouraged to move to the new app, but at no point was I told the new app doesn't support withdrawals from savings accounts and will not support withdrawals for the forseeable future. The only remaining option is to call, which often incurs wait times exceeding fifteen minutes. There is no option to downgrade, nor use the website.

Competent and patient assistance.

One of the few companies I’ve dealt with recently where I’ve had decent customer services. They answer their phones, they’re pleasant, they’re helpful, in branch and out. It’s almost shocking.

My funds from my high st bank had not shown in my Skipton account after 5 days and still dosent now 6 days. Took ages to talk to someone a woman who said it was not their fault. Great. So I called again spoke to Edward who was very helpful and did his very best to sort out the issue maybe he could train the other staff on customer service. Why does Skipton use Barclays account to transfer incoming funds Barclays is terrible so 6 days lost interest payment and 5 hours out of my life. ?

Very helpful private conversation in office separate from main counter.

Was a bit surprised adviser came out to "front of shop" as we were leaving and asked me to check when £20k in ISA could be available. Expected adviser not to discuss amounts in front of counter staff. Fortunately no other customers or I would have expressed my anger.

Quick response and my query answered no problem.

I am a new customer, but it's easy to book appointment via their chat too.
