I placed an order on 25th April. Money taken from bank account. Delivery was to be in 2 days. It is 8th May and no parcel in sight. They mentioned the parcel must have got lost and they will resend by 7th May, but I have not received anything and am out of £50!
Will review the feedback if they resolve this.

I have found the Skinlight products are brilliant on my sensitive skin and around my eyes. If ever I have any questions. I always find the skin light team very helpful, polite and professional. I highly recommend their products.

I used Gluta Caps Glutathione capsules by Skinlight Cosmetics for a month, I discarded the tablets as soon as I realised they make my skin appear darker ! I would give anything to get back to my natural skin tone! I have waited since April for my skin tone to return to get back to its normal tone but still no difference and it’s now December. I so regret ever taking these gluta capsules by skintight cosmetics!

Do not buy anything from this company. My parcel went missing but when I contacted them, they claimed that they will investigate with Royal Mail and get back to me. They never did and when I contacted them again they stated that Royal Mail have confirmed it was delivered as per the photo from delivery proof. They never investigated anything as they’re refusing to send proof of investigation outcome from Royal Mail so I can file a case for theft to the police.

This company should not be in operation whatsoever. The amount of negative reviews from their customer service says it all. Why are you guys at SkinCosmetics refusing to provide me with the proof of correspondence from the investigation with Royal Mail? You keep directing me to the proof of delivery photo. We shall meet in court!

My skin has always felt amazing after my facials with these products so I decided to buy the moisturiser myself! And after using it for not even a week my skin looks better then it has in years! I have very acne prone skin and finally a moisturiser (I use it at night) that doesn’t break me out, it’s reduced my spots/ recent spot scars & I’m excited to see how it was look after one month! 5*

I was recommended to use the pure brightening and correcting exfoliating treatment after a flare up of my skin around my chin and mouth, having started this 2 weeks ago it has definitely cleared my skin up and I will continue to use this as part of my skincare routine

I initially had a frustrating experience with my order from Skinlight. After spending a significant amount on tablets, my parcel was marked as delivered by Royal Mail but had been left in an unsafe location on my doorstep. with no parcel or delivery card in sight. I reached out to Skinlight, expecting support, but at first, the communication fell short of expectations, and I was quite disappointed.

However, I’m pleased to say that Skinlight has now rectified the situation. They have since sent a replacement product, which I’ve received. I truly appreciate them stepping in to resolve the issue, and I’m thankful for their follow through.

Mistakes can happen with delivery services, and I’m glad Skinlight ultimately took the necessary steps to make things right. Thank you again for sorting it out. I look forward to trying the product!

I have been using megafade face cream for a couple of months now and have really noticed the difference in texture in my skin and reduction of hyperpigmentation through hormonal changes and sun damage.
You have to persevere with it. I was on my second jar before I noticed a significant improvement but it’s much better value than some more expensive products out there.
My skin is noticeably brighter and clearer. I definitely recommend.
