Why make it sweet tasting at all? It doesn’t need sucralose added. It’s bad for my NAFLD. Just leave it with no taste.

Only just bought a months supply and excited to see if it helps…
But very disappointed to realise that there is sucralose in it which is an artificial sweetener that can disrupt your gut and is also linked to cancer..stevia would be a much better alternative…I will not be purchasing again until this is sorted!!!

I love this drink! The best collagen supplement out there. I've tried vital proteins, neocell, beauty chef etc..nothing gives me as good results as skinade. Also..I am not sure why people say that the taste is disgusting..I actually love it. I usually have it after breakfast and it satisfies my sugar craving because of its peachy taste!

I have been drinking Skinaide everyday for over 3 years and never wrote a review. The reason I am reviewing it now is because I am also trying the retinol and I love both of these Skinaide products. I’m 76 years old and my skin looks phenomenal and I am proud to say so myself! Even the skin on my arms still looks good and not as crapy as others even much younger than me. I see that others don’t like the taste. I have actually gotten so used to it and I really like it. I also keep my bottles in the fridge. I literally have no lines on my face so that’s why I’m writing a glowing review!!

I’ve been taking the collagen drink for 2.5 months. I don’t creak and crunch like I did when I got out of bed in the morning, I don’t get the seasonal cheilitis (split skin around my mouth) as I usually would this time of year, my hair is shinier and the skin on my thighs smoother. My husband started taking it and within five days his hair had gone from dry to shiny. I also genuinely like the taste.

However, every dose involves single-use plastic. In no other area of my life do I use single-use plastic unless caught short without water in which case I’ll buy a bottle of water, then re-use the bottle. But every day we have to chuck two empty plastic bottles in the recycling, knowing most of what we ‘recycle’ isn’t repurposed as it ought to be. I respect and commit to companies who are reconsidering their packaging to make it more environmentally friendly. Skinade must surely have a plan that doesn’t involve loads of white plastic bottles? If they sort out their packaging, it’s a 5 star review from me.

I purchased skinade and am almost done with a one month supply. I like the taste but it has given me a stomachache and bloating. I discontinued it for a few days and the symptoms went away. I would like to continue taking it but I can't take these side effects.

Cons:
This will cost you about £120 a month if you drink this daily. And that's if you can tolerate the utterly disgusting taste and the overwhelming smell. I truly had a visceral reaction to this and it makes me gag. I had to resort to splitting each drink and diluting it with orange squash concentrate to down it. I made 5 bottles last 2 weeks this way.

Pros:
So did it do anything to my skin? Admittedly, despite not drinking it daily as they recommend, I have seen positive results in a short time. My skin is softer, smoother and fuller; it generally feels healthier. No impact on my wrinkles but I wouldn't expect there to be having used it less than a month.

Summary:
Will I continue to use it? Never again. However it has shown me that supplementing with collagen does appear to have working results so it has prompted me to seek other products.

The product is great and always arrives in time.
Customer service is excellent

Bought the vitamin d mix. If you drink 2litres of water a day, consume a nutrient dense diet, exercise and have a good skin care routine and want a boost. Save your money. This possibly works for people that don’t. As a Nutritionist, there is a lot of dismissal on products like this, but being open minded I wanted to try. I’m £50 poorer and my skin has remained the same. Please save your money!!

Excellent costumer service and perfect and convenient presentations of the product both for daily use and travel. Have been using it for three months and already feel the difference with a much healthier looking and feeling skin. Great product overall.
