Poor Service Despite Paying for Express Delivery
I paid extra for next-day delivery due to urgency, yet my parcel was still delivered late. Despite contacting customer service multiple times via email, I received no helpful or satisfactory response. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after charging extra for express delivery. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any frustration caused.
We would like to clarify that we did respond to your email and explained that due to the Christmas and New Year holiday period, our business was closed and Royal Mail collections were not taking place until 5th January. As advised, your order was scheduled for dispatch on that date, and this information was also clearly stated on our website during the holiday period.
Next-day delivery services are dependent on courier operations, which were temporarily suspended over the holidays. Once your order was dispatched, tracking details were provided.
We understand the urgency and apologise if the delay caused inconvenience, but this was due to circumstances outside our control and communicated in advance.

Slowest “48 hour delivery” ever
Slowest “48 hour delivery” ever. Ordered on the 24th of December and recieved on the 8th of Jan. Received an email after emailing them twice saying that they were closed over the Christmas period which is understandable but there are days in between Christmas and new year. The new year started 8 days ago.
