When the amex card wasn't accepted (even though the payment solution said they accept it), customer service called and explained the situation and offered to pay in a different way. Ones the payment was sorted the goods arrived quickly. No issues.

From what I can see in our system we requiered a pre-payment for your ordrer, and this reached us on 3/6. The goods got sent the same day, with delivery 4/6, so the delivery time was actually our standard 🌼
Regarding your chalk markers - I can see you have a past order on a kit, but they are unfortunately NOT waterproof. That is the reason they wash off when they come in contact with water 😟 We have some waterproof alternatives that we can guide you thorugh on our website.
