Avoid this company their livechat is non-existent takes days to reply why they still try and scam out there way of withdrawing money, by asking for identification after you have played.

Atrocious people
Atrocious people, totally ignoring the Gamble Awareness guidelines, and refusing to refund winnings in an appropriate manner, or timeframe.
Customer service is a non-starter, live chat takes hours, reluctance to veer from their scripted responses, and an embarrassment to all other gambling companies.
Steer well clear of these incompetent, ignorant people. As they are based in Malta they are subject to what seems a different level of etiquette compared to other reputable sites.
This company Skill On Net operate another ~ 60 gambling sites, and should be governed by more acceptable ethics than they currently adopt.
I am going to raise an official complaint with IBAS regarding them, anyone else wanting to join me let me know.

And good luck trying to contact them about it. They know exactly what they are doing and there is nothing you can do. You are all on your own. No wonder they have been fined 1.2 million for theft in 2019, if an online Casino gets fined millions for Theft something is really wrong there!!
