Wasn't sat with my family
Wasn't sat with my family. They seemed to allocate and prioritise groups of swearing lads next to my boys and we were sat behind them. Why wouldn't they prioritise a family sitting together?
Transfer from over night train took 2 hours ...waited in cold bus station. No communication. We'd had no sleep and had to wait for 2 hours. Paperwork said transfer bus would be there waiting for us. It wasn't.
Tried to ask to be seated with my family on the way back and they can't help.
Arrived at hotel after no sleep and was told there was a 35 euro resort charge. Travel ski didn't tell us this either.
Poor communication.
Unhelpful.
Unapologetic.
Lack of thought for families travelling.
Would never ever use again.
