Worst Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t call you back. They talk down to you and they don’t try to do anything to help you.
Purchased a Skechers Sneakers and stitching has failed in 6 months and no warranty on their manufacturing quality!
Bought a pair of these shoes in November within 6 months by May the stitching along the front that holds the leather together all let go and I now have a huge hole in them where it let go. You think a brand like skechers would last atleast a year under normal wear, Ive bought $30 Walmart sneakers in the past which would last a year but these didn't and According to "The Shoe Company" they cant replace them even though their terms says defective stitching is covered. If I could I would attach pictures to show where they have failed and you could plainly see its a defect from the manufacturers and not normal wear that caused it. Stay clear of Skechers as their quality is very poor and the guarentee that their product will last under normal wear is a lie according to "The Shoe Co" who is one of their largest retailers as they would not replace them even when they clearly seen the pictures i sent them of the failed stitching after only 6 months of wear.
Sorry shoes and sorry company
Sorry shoes and sorry company, they try to give a gift certificate instead of refund......
don't trade with these dishonest crooks
Excellent service.
Although I cannot comment on the trainers themselves, I would like to highly commend the team at the Clarks Village store in Street. I have weird feet and diabetic neuropathy, so need wide fit shoes.
Tom who I had the pleasure of dealing with, went above and beyond to help me. I didn't feel he was pushing a sale as much as being a genuinely helpful and patient.
Although he could find the right trainers in the right fit, he is a credit to your company.
Visit was Friday 5/6/26 at about 1600.
This has to be a con...!
So I ordered two pair of shoes on the 14th May. It took over two weeks for them to arrive with no communication until an email popped up from UPS to say they will deliver it and can only do so if someone is home to sign for it. I therefore changed the date, waited until the evening when I had to leave and UPS had not been. They then try and deliver but leave it at a nearby hub anyway. So no signature needed? Now I have the shoes and need to make a return. I start the process on the website and without any prompt tells me return is complete and I need to print a label. I click the link, in the hope there is a digital label option and then it tells me it's a printable label and I can only use it once!! I've done this on my mobile and there's been no prior explanation that this would be the case. I haven't been emailed any confirmation of the return I'm arranging and now can't printt a label to return and get my money back. Is this a joke?
I didn't think it was possible for such a big brand to run such a poor operation these days. Shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECT.
Do not ***EVER*** buy from Skechers Tannersville, PA!…
Do not ***EVER*** buy from this Skechers Outlet!!!! They are THIEVES!!!! I bought 2 pairs of sandals online. They were crappily made, and they didn’t match each other. But the ***REAL*** problem was, The PACKERS of these shoes PUT A SIZE 10 WHEN I ORDERED AND I WEAR A SIZE ***8***. This was ***SKECHERS'*** doing, NOT MINE. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I called customer service, ***NOT THE STORE IN TANNERSVILLE***! I GOT THE REST OF MY REFUND!!! These dirtbags will steal your money if you try to return them ***AT THE STORE***. There was ***NOTHING*** in their return policy that even **STATES** that they would take away the return shipping costs from your refund if you return items that were bought online ***IN A SKECHERS STORE***!!!!! I will **NEVER** buy anything at this Skechers Outlet store ever again, much less ***ORDER*** any Skechers shoes ****EVER AGAIN****! DISGUSTING!!!!! They will steal your money in the TANNERSVILLE store ***EVEN IF THE SHOES WERE SENT SIZED **WRONG** AND/OR POORLY MADE****!!!! In my case, it was **BOTH**!!! Terrible customer service!!! I will *NEVER* shop there again!!!!!

I bought the same slip on Skechers for work for years, they have now changed them to 'Slip Ins' which rub and make the shoes unbearable to wear. I am disappointed. I will now have to look for a new brand of work shoe
Purchased these shoes one week ago
Purchased these shoes one week ago. The insoles have already collapsed leaving the shoes too uncomfortable to wear. Store won't return them without the box, Skechers website was no help either. Don't waste your money.

Displeased with Sketchers slip ins
Displeased with Sketchers slip ins. Why are we taking away the ability for people to put shoes on? It’s a form of regression right. Lazy is what it is! Also your commercial with Actress Sophia Vagara is disappointing. A “Shoe” being thrown out a window almost hitting the pool guy isn’t good and doesn’t set an example for children or people. It’s violent. Lastly, what happened to the “ T “ in the name “ Sketchers “ ?
Terrible Service
They said I could wear the shoes out of the store and that I would just need to bring back the box and receipt for a refund. The shoes I bought are murdering my feet, they are too narrow and walking in them after 1 day is far too painful. I paid £117 for these shoes and they won't give me a refund or exchange. They lied to me about the nature of the return and now I am down £117 and my feet are killing me. TERRIBLE!!
I’m loving it more than 20 years!
I’ve been wearing Skechers for the last 20 years, and they have been my everyday shoes for a long time. My experience has been very impressive.
The shoes are comfortable, well-made, and reliable for daily wear. I appreciate that Skechers offers practical designs that are easy to wear, especially for walking, work, and everyday use. The quality has been consistent, and the shoes feel durable enough for regular use.
Overall, I’m very happy with Skechers and would recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, well-made everyday footwear.
Badly designed soles
Skechers slip ins are great for about two weeks. Whoever designed and selected the material for the soles needs firing. The soles are like marshmallows, they soak up dirt and wet and neatly spread it around your floor (even after wiping). They become slick on sandy surfaces, absolutely no grip. Uppers great, soles not fit for purpose.
I would give skechers a zero
I would give skechers a zero, I have been contacting their customer service and I get no response, I am trying to make a return, but they haven’t sent me the return label. Now I am stuck with 4 pairs of shoes that do not fit. Also the sizing is horrible with skecher sandals.
This is too big a company to be treated this way!
Quality control, losing control.
I bought my 1st slip on sketchers 4 years ago and loved them. I recently purchased 2 pairs of "air cooled memory foam". They felt good when trying them on, but after spending hours wearing, my arch and heels hurt really bad after taking them off. I then noticed that there is absolutely NO arch support. The shoes also seemed to lose quality since first purchase. I'll be more diligent and explore other options.
I have always been a loyal customer
I have always been a loyal customer. I decided to try the slip ins. Worst mistake I have made. This is only my opinion as I know people love them. They are just not for me. I still have problems putting them on. The back protruding around the heel is irritating as all heck. I am sorry I decided not to return them as soon as I bought them. I bought them from Amazon as we do not have a close one here. I have purchased slip ons which do not tie up which I have used forever and never had a problem. I will give the to current ones to charity.
Received One Brand New Shoe and One Sample-Like Shoe — Refund Rejected
Very disappointed with my online shopping experience with Skechers Malaysia.
I paid full price RM499 for a pair of shoes, but received two shoes in obviously inconsistent condition — one shoe looked completely brand new, while the other had visible grey/yellow discoloration and signs of previous handling or display wear.
I contacted customer service within the 15-days after-sales service period immediately after discovering the issue and provided multiple detailed photos showing the obvious difference between both shoes.
However, my refund request was rejected under the reason:
“Item not in resaleable condition.”
What honestly shocked me was the implication that my brief indoor fitting caused the issue. I only tried the shoes indoors for sizing purposes. It is impossible that less than 5 minutes of indoor fitting would make ONE shoe become grey/yellow and aged-looking while the other shoe remains perfectly brand new.
If I had actually worn the shoes outdoors, logically BOTH shoes should show similar condition.
I even returned the parcel back at my own shipping cost within the after-sales period, hoping for a fair review and resolution.
As a long-time Skechers fan who owns multiple pairs, this has honestly been my worst online shopping experience so far.
They're convenient but only for a flat…
They're convenient but only for a flat surfaces. If you walk on a hill your feet slide all in them cuz they're so loose, they're like bedroom slippers. Definitely not for wearing everyday outside. In essence, they suck and they won't last for me and the sales won't last either because everybody's going to feel what I feel.
