Bought some core bars and grips for my sons scooter which turned out didn’t fit correctly, I asked for advice via customer service on email / and left voicemail messages and social media posts, none of which were responded to. Finally managed to get hold of someone by leaving negative feedback via an automated form I was sent. Only then did I receive a response, I asked for help regarding how I could get the bars to fit as I needed an alternative shin, asked which one I should purchase as I am a complete novice and this was for my 11 year old. Was told to “look on the website as we have a few on there”. Not helpful in the slightest. Requested to return the goods. Had to pay for a return, fair enough, and then was charged for the original postage AND the cost of the return totalling £11. Won’t be using them again. Poor customer service.

Kids love it and so do grown-ups!
Bought for all of my kids, and a pleasure to skate in myself, too! Need practice in the park, however, rolls well on smooth flooring/surfaces. Remember to practice by looking up, and not down...and wear protective gear.
