Bought a deck
Bought a deck, new wheels and other parts for my sons scooter. The decking has started to crack after 1 month and the wheels fell apart after 4 days the where expensive pro wheels and when I sent photos to complain they tried claiming it was my sons folt total rubbish would never order from these people again

Please be careful when you shop at Skates.co.uk
Very disappointing experience. I returned the helmet after trying it on once, solely to check the fit and size. It was never used for riding and was returned in the same condition as I received it.
The company rejected my return, claiming that the helmet "shows clear signs of use, which is against our returns policy." This is simply not true. Trying on a helmet to check whether it fits is a normal and necessary part of buying one online. I believe the reason given for rejecting my return is unfair and unjustified.
If this is how the company handles legitimate returns, I would think twice before ordering from them.
