A delivery rate of 30€ from Germany to Portugal without respecting the 2 business days delivery time!!!
I receive parts from AutoDoc and other parts sites from 6€ to 20€ delivery rate within a business week...
This delivery rate is a rip off!

Australia: 5 Stars for this crew, everything from finding the part to getting here was silky smooth and the correspondence to order and arrange delivery was focused and professional. I could not get the part I needed here in Australlia, and some places I contacted couldn't even be bothered to call me back. Thsnkyou everyone @SKANDIX

Was having problems sourcing parts for my Volvo 480es in the UK. Came accross Skandix.de. Placed my order and it arrived within a week, well packed and undamaged.
Excellent service and communication.

Vieram ARRANHADAS e AMASSADAS. Tenho provas, filmagem a abrir a encomenda e fotos.
Após reclamar disseram que como não eram peças originais é normal. Ofereçeram 20€ mas até hoje não vi um cêntimo.
Fui enganado! VERGONHA!!!

I bought 2 pieces that cost 250€.
They came SCRATCHED and CRASHED. I have proofs, footage opening the order and photos.
After complaining they said that as they were not original parts, it is normal. They offered €20 but so far I haven't seen a cent.
I was deceived! SHAME!!!

Best website for Volvo parts online.. quick delivery within Europe and also internationally.. excellent customer service.. all items are packaged very well and ship out the same day if available in stock!

I would like to say that I'm very happy with skandex ordered Sunday today is Thursday and parcel already delivered from Germany to UK parts as ordered i would recommend to anyone who own volvo car

Fantastic company with easy concise website ordering.
Huge stock of parts, if parts are listed as available for back order, I order them and delivery is sent within the estimated timescale.
I often place an order and put a note on to add to the next part or parts due to be sent out and they always arrive in good time, well packaged and correct.
This company is a lifeline for my Volvo.

Skandix is a very good Volvo parts professional. We have been doing business with Skandix for allmost 10 years. We never have problems ore discussions. Prices are good and assortiment is epic. I hope Skandix Will be in business for a long time to come.

Follow up to previous review...

Turned out that the fog light I received was defetive, the area that the bulb holder locates into was poorly finished - it was not perfectly round and had jagged plastic preventing the bulb holder from being inserted and locked into position.

No problem, these things happen, I'll just inform Scandix and I'm sure they will send me a replacement part...I was wrong!

Emailed Skandix and explained the issue clearly and concisely including pictures showing the defective area on the part they sent me, as well as pictures of the OEM part I was replacing (due to broken clips), and a picture showing a side-by-side comparison.

Received an email back from Florian Meier with a credit note attached and advising my credit card will be refunded.

I replied asking why they couldn't send me out a replacement part; they would be better for me as I wouldn't have to re-order and alos pay more shipping costs.

Received the following response from Florian Meier:
"All fog lights in stock are the same so it makes no sense to send a replacement which you will not like as well. In this situation the refund is the best solution."

I replied to Florian stating that I have not requested a refund, that I would like a replacement non-defective part, that I do not accepted that all fog lights in stock would be defective (why are they stocking defective parts!?!), and asked that stock is checked and a replacement part sent out to me.

The response I got back:
"You claimed a defective/incomplete part, you get you money back without returning it, so from our side this case is closed."

Skandix are now ignoring my emails, so I'm waiting for the refund and will purchase the part from elsewhere.

It is my opinion that Skandix do not want to go to the time or expense to replace broken/defective parts they send to customers, it is much quicker and cheaper for them to refund the cost and then hope the customer will re-order and pay additional shipping costs - generating further revenue for Skandix.

Ordered a small part for my Volvo. The part It arrived a day earlier than delivery date. Original genuine part that I could'nt even get from main dealer. Perfect and would use again.

Friendly contact with Zahra for a small change I needed to make to my order, lightning quick delivery, accurate parts very well protected in their packaging. Will definitely order again !
Perhaps prices are not the most competitive for every part, but I was having trouble finding what I needed elsewhere and most of the time it was more expensive so it is definitely the website to go !

Excellent prompt service. Ordered part for aging volvo (blower motor resistor) on a friday morning , delivered following thursday, lunchtime. Would have been delivered wednesday but we were going to be out so had to change delivery date to following day. First class!!!. Also in this instance was given the choice of original Volvo part or a copy. Opted for the copy as it was almost half the price of an original Volvo one yet to fit it but certainly looks identical . i'm skandix customer since 10 years; i purchased a lot of originals and aftermarkets spare parts for Volvo and Saab models without problem... Freindly website interface, good communication and fast delivery... excellent

Best place to buy original and aftermarket spareparts for (My experience) older Volvos. Extremely fast Shipping and the parts fits perfectly everytime thanks to the abilty to check with your VIN nr.!!!

They even have a lager inventory than My Local Volvo dealership.

I was very disappointed by my purchase at Skandix. I purchased five items, the primary part was a compressor for Volvo S80. I was looking for an original Volvo part and did my search by the Volvo reference number.
The webpage has no mention of aftermarket part and they use the Volvo reference number. The invoice also has the Volvo reference number on it.

What I got was a Nissens compressor and not a Volvo original part. The information on the website and invoice is misleading. Nowhere did they mention Nissens or aftermarket non-original part. I complained but they claimed that they did not say specifically that the part was original. To me this is very dishonest because all the information indicates its an a genuine part - especially because they use the Volvo part numbers.

Be careful!! if you think you are buying an original Volvo part, make sure to contact them before and ask. There is no way to know from the website or invoice.
