Great holiday location
We had a wonderful stay at Skallerup Seaside Resort. The location is beautiful, with authentic holiday cottages set in a stunning location right by the sea. The cottages are arranged in such a way that you have plenty of privacy and space around you. We stayed in an A6 cottage.
Our cottage had everything we needed and was well equipped, although it was a little dated. Everything worked properly, but the cleanliness could have been better. There were quite large clumps of dust hanging from the ceiling, and the baby cot was not clean. This was the main reason we decided to give 4 stars instead of 5.
For children, there is plenty to do for all ages. Our children especially enjoyed the petting farm, including the daily feeding time in the morning, which was great for the youngest ones. There is also an indoor playground, mini golf, football pool, arcade games, bowling and much more. The on-site shop was also surprisingly well stocked.
The swimming pool was clean and very nice, with facilities for everyone from toddlers to older children, including fun water slides. There are also several saunas, which makes the pool area enjoyable for adults too.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. A fantastic location, lots of activities for the whole family and a beautiful setting by the sea. Definitely a place we would consider visiting again!
