Thank you

I initially left a 1-star review because I paid a premium for the fastest delivery service but didn't receive my goods within the timeframe advertised on the site. However, in subsequent correspondence, SJS took my concerns regarding the wording of the delivery options on board and kindly refunded the delivery charge, which I appreciate. The goods were actually shipped on time to hit the delivery slot; it was the ambiguous phrasing of the DHL delivery service that was the letdown in this instance. Thank you, SJS, for listening and resolving this.

I ordered 2 tyres and four inner tubes…

I ordered 2 tyres and four inner tubes on the 21st of May, despite being told they would be delivered this did not happen, I had to ring SJS 3 times to chase this up. I think I spoke to the same person who didn't seem particuarly concerned, the products were eventually delivered on the 3rd of June. This seems a very long time and SJS didn't seem that interested.

We are very sorry to hear about the delays you experienced with your order and the frustration caused by having to contact us multiple times for updates. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Unfortunately, an error in our packing department resulted in the original consignment being sent to the wrong address. Once we became aware of the issue, we arranged for a replacement shipment, which was dispatched on 1st June and subsequently delivered on 3rd June.

We would also like to apologise for the fact that you needed to call us three times to chase the order, and for the impression you were left with regarding the attitude of the member of staff you spoke to. We take customer service very seriously, and the experience you describe falls short of the standards we expect from our team.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We appreciate your patience while we resolved the issue and thank you for bringing your experience to our attention, as it helps us improve our processes and service going forward.

Highly recommended cycle goods supplier

I ordered a Brooks flyer special saddle direct from the website. It arrived well packed and in perfect condition without any hassle. I also ordered some Brooks proofide but from their eBay outlet with the same positive experience. I highly recommend this supplier.

Excellent product and excellent service

I am travelling from Australia and purchased some Trekking handlebars on line.

The bars were sent to BikeFix in London by SJSCycles.

I am extremely pleased with the handlebars ,the advice that I received from SJSCycles, and how they handled the dispatch process.
