Stick to any other denim brand!!

Stick to any other denim brand!!

There is literally zero customer service provided. I have written so many emails asking for help and have completely been ignored. I overpaid on taxes and duties as a result of the price put on the customs form and I can't get anyone to help me. I have bought so many things from America and the customer service from brands like Alice and Olivia, J Brand, Paige, Black Orchid, Citizens of Humanity, For all Mankind, trump this brand every time. Avoid avoid avoid if you can, because if you need any kind of assistance, you won't get it from them.

Incredibly disappointing experience which is such a shame.
