I've been with Sitesell (SBI) since 2006. I still maintain my service with them because they are a quality company providing a quality and affordable service.

Of course, there have been ups and downs over the years with my websites, but that wasn't anything to do with the quality of Sitesell. Algorithm changes, new tech, personal life circumstances, etc., all contribute, but that is to be expected in life.

Would it be nice if Sitesell offered more of the modern bells and whistles (funnels, ad campaigns, etc)? Sure, but that's not what they do. They do what they do, and they do it well. The price has gone up a total of $40 a year over the past 17+ years. Remarkable.

I have always received exceptionally good customer service whenever I've had a problem or question. They are lovely people, and I feel like I know some of them, even though we have never met.

I suppose the Sitesell business model isn't for everyone, but it provided a great foundation of learning for me, and I'm a happy, loyal customer.

That is SiteSell Support team in the email they sent to me.

"SiteSell support tries it's hardest: If you are not satisfied with the level of support/ If you are delighted with the support, I would love to hear about that." the email message continued. 

That goes straight to the heart, doesn't it? Exceptionally great care there.

They just granted me a bonus extension of six months on my current subscription.

 I am a user of the SiteSell online business building product, "Solo-Build-It!" (SBI!) ... considered expensive, but one thing is obvious... It is premium software. It will accompany you to establish a publisher business for sure.

On my first subscription, they offered me a bonus subscription to be gifted to anyone of my choice. Two years later, my bonus subscription is not gifted. Instead, I contacted support to convert it to something of personal value... "six months OFF my next subscription." 

There we are, the SiteSell Support team just granted my request... Am I over the moon? Kudos SiteSell - SBI! For Ever.

Sitsell is an exceptional service provider. They give over and beyond what they charge. Support is exceptional and their package offers everything one needs to build a successful business. They also have an excellent peer support forum that is easy to use. This is over a period of 15 years. Ken, the founder of Sitsell, has so much love for his clients. The company has an ethos of genuinely wanting us to win. This is rare especially in the online world.

I don't seem able to reply to sitesell's reply to my earlier review. I would like to, though, so I am hoping this might appear. I can assure them that none of the links were broken and even my videos via you tube had gone, with the message 'account closed'. I certainly didn't close it.

Like the product, dislike their tech support, and I am low maintenance. They have a tendency to blame you when you report an issue. I spent a couple of days with them over an issue impacting my website clearly created by something at the SiteSell level, never receiving any technical help at all, just a series of repetitive, irrelevant questions.

After a few days, they told me how I could fix it myself - when the problem clearly originated with Site Sell - and took me quite a while to complete.

At one point, after expressing frustration, and a few days, tech support sent me a condescending explanation of what a folder is. I mean really?
Besides being ridiculous, this had nothing to do with my tech issue.

Given my infrequent, maybe once a year, contact with them, this seems like a pattern.

We have transferred our assets away from SiteSell to work with other platforms that are more up-to-date and have a more equipped customer service platform. After showing urgency as we had faced complications, customer support was quick to respond by email and was friendly. A major point of frustration however was the unclear communications and processes I was sent from SiteSell. Emails received from them and the domain management portal was confusing and contradictory. Customer support at SiteSell does not have a phone number, which also made things difficult.

SiteSell might be an okay vendor for those who have no marketing experience. That is because they do most of everything for you. However, if you want direct access and more control of your website, there are plenty of great vendors out there that'll make things easier for you, likely at a similar cost.

My recommendation for SiteSell is that it upgrades its software to give its customers more control. It also needs to audit its communications and create better processes to make things easier for its customers.

It would be great for someone who had the TIME...I don't! I even paid an extra $1000 for someone to help me, but that help petered out. Not sure I got the $1000 worth. I can't upload my pictures. Trying to get even ONE uploaded took me HOURS that I don't have! I can't figure out how to format, with primary, secondary, etc. or how to build links. The "help" articles don't help, because it could take 10 hrs of searching and still not find the answers. (Yes, I timed how long!) If ONLY I could just type my articles & have someone slot them in, and format...but that just didn't happen. If I'm going to pay that much $ I'll just hire someone to build my site.

I am a licensed amateur radio (ham radio) operator and, with the help of SBI's unique business building process, I have been sharing my experience and knowledge with both aspiring and established hams of the world on two SBI-built websites, HamRadioSecrets.com since 2008 and LeRadioamateur.com (in French) since 2018. I self-publish books on amateur radio HF wire antennas and my sales exceed my expectations every year. It's not really surprising because, over the past 12 months alone, more than 215,000 individuals have visited my business websites. With that many potential customers "walking in" I'm more than satisfied with SBI!, a product of SiteSell inc., a completely trustworthy company. I would never have been successful online without its expert guidance and support all these years. I am not exaggerating but their competitors are, shamelessly. If you are interested in succeeding online, do your due diligence. Pay Sitesell.com a visit and see for yourself the verifiable proof that their competitors cannot produce. The key word here is 'verifiable'.

It is exceptionally rare for me to leave any reviews - good or bad - but I rate this business very highly indeed. I have had nothing but good experiences with SBi and I have used them for many years now. They are exceptional. If only more companies were like this!

I have been a SBI owner since 2008. I have built many websites over the years using many platforms/webhosts and now have just one about scams built using SBI. Without a doubt SBI is the best company to use to build an online presence [and despite some earlier comments I don't receive any benefit for saying that].

The service I have received is exemplary and is one of the benefits of SBI that sets it head and shoulders above the rest.

Anyone who criticizes SBI is clearly not a SBI owner, and more likely a competitor who falls short when compared to SBI.

Any genuine person who wants to build a website and isn't looking for the fallacy of the overnight-get-rich-quick scheme can't go wrong with SBI.

My name is Mike Ellis working out of the UK. My current profession is one of a Taxi Driver. I wish to be able to sell various products and services via the Affiliate Programs provided by major suppliers.

My goal is to build a website that will provide a passive income at the outset and who knows, may well become full-time employment.

My problem is that I am not tech-savvy, at all, and I wanted to find a company who would be able to hold my hand and walk me through, step by step, the process of achieving my goal.

By recommendation I contacted Site Sell, now Solo Build It. I think the single point that initially impressed me about SBI was the lack of the "Get Rich Quick" syndrome that is prevalent on the net.

SBI promotes and provides evidence that their methods produce a very high proportion of page 1 Google search results. On the other hand, SBI didn't pull any punches. Right from the start, they imparted to me that dedication and hard work would be required. More importantly, they made me aware that other companies who boast building a great looking website in no time at all, hours in some cases,( I've read them all) do not work! What I didn't realise was a simple mistake that sincere entrepreneurs make all the time.

To explain my thoughts. Imagine you have just paid good money for a great new car. Unfortunately, the garage forgot to mention that you could no longer buy gasoline (Petrol to us Brits).

The same thing applies to website building. What use is a great looking website if you have Zero, Nadder or No visiters? I need hoards of interested people to visit my site and go onto purchasing products that I endorse. SBI shows you how.

The SBI program taught me the nuances that I never believed existed. It all makes sense now. Well, that's not entirely true. I have lots to learn and quite a bit of work to get through.

I will say one thing for this company. Now that I have joined the SBI program, I have come to appreciate, and use, their one to one customer support, usually via e-mail. This service is second to none!! There is also a friendly forum to help with any other issues. The forum moto seems to be "Pay It Forward" or put another way, what you have learned, Pass It On! And they do.

It has taken me two months to get to the point of choosing and registering my domain name. I have come unstuck and lost my way on several occasions, but every time SBI has got me back on track. Their support staff are prompt with a friendly reply.

The reason that I have written this endorsement is that SBI helped me out of trouble yet again, yesterday. I thought it is fitting to express my appreciation in writing.

Customer care is also excellent, always helping to resolve any issues quickly. Great thanks to SiteSell.

I was first introduced to SiteSell in 2002 when I read "Make Your Site Sell!" by Ken Evoy, M.D., founder of SiteSell, Inc. That e-book made more sense--and helped me more--than anything else I had read about online marketing for very small business owners.

When Dr. Evoy developed the Site Build It! (SBI!) website development program, I purchased a subscription in 2004 and I've been a customer ever since. (SBI! now stands for Solo Build It!, putting more emphasis on solopreneurs (solo entrepreneurs), which is the group SiteSell created SBI for all along.

What I like best about SiteSell:

* Extraordinary customer service - the best of any company I've ever patronized, online or off.

* Obsessive attention to detail, from the programming to the copy to the Help and Support to the educational materials.

* Excellent education & training - I learned almost I know about websites, online marketing, writing copy for the web, and another dozen such topics from SiteSell. I prefer to read, but many folks prefer to watch video instruction and demonstration. SiteSell provides both.

* The tools work even better than advertised. I've learned how to provide helpful content and attract visitors to my site without spending any money on advertising.

* Bang for the buck - I've learned the hard way that SBI! costs much less than building an equivalent website using the WordPress platform. WordPress offers tremendous variety and flexibility but oh my goodness is the learning curve steep. And by the time you buy all the plugins and extensions and themes and security and pay for a consultant to help you figure out plugin conflicts and how to configure AMP, and ... the list goes on, you easily end up spending $100/month or more. SiteSell provides much more than Wordpress for 1/4 the price.

I have been a Sitesell customer since I think 2004 or 2005. Several lifetimes on the internet timescale.
SBI has evolved all the time and continues to do so.

I own five sites, all niche websites. None of them have anything to do with internet marketing or selling SBI.
I sell my own travel guide books on two of them, create leads for a trekking/climbing operator on another, one is in the natural health/green living space, one is a gardening site.
These sites have provided me with a very nice full time income since 2008.

If some of those sites look as if they were built 10 years ago, then that's because they were, and I have not seen the urgent need to update the template yet. (I'll get around to it one day ;) ) They still make more money than I need.

I'd say the same is true for many other maybe outdated looking SBI sites. What sets them apart from most sites you see out there is that they last because they work.

You can certainly build a slick, modern looking site with SBI. But you need to be clear that it still isn't gonna bring you readers or earn you money. SBI teaches you what does.

It won't make you rich quick. But it'll work if you put in the work.
(Some simple math shows that it took me about 3-4 years to get to the 10K per month mark. That was starting from zero with no previous website or internet marketing knowledge whatsoever.)
SBI is not about building a nice looking website, It's about learning how to build a lasting, successful business online.

SBI sites still beat the pants of the competition any day. That matters more to me.

SBI (Sitesell, Solo Build It!) is a joke. It's hard to believe that in 2017, Ken Evoy and his hoards of affiliates (i.e., people who profit monetarily from selling and promoting this product) are still dragging around this dead carcass known as SBI! and are still trying to pawn it off on unsuspecting consumers who haven't done their research.

99.9% of the positive reviews of this product/company that you see online are written by affiliates or people who stand to gain financially from Sitesell (like Sanet Geyser below, who is a "Certified Sitesell Educator and Facilitator")

Ken badgers the hell out of customers/affiliates in his online forums, BEGGING that they write positive product reviews in order to combat what he calls "fake" reviews (i.e., negative reviews he doesn't like) and in his desperation for positive reviews, even goes so far as to write long, novel-length posts in his forum (which is public now, by the way, so you can see for yourself) where he "teaches" people how to write positive reviews, and then asks that people submit their positive reviews so that he and/or other Sitesell minions can review and correct/improve upon the review.

The whole thing reeks of desperation, and there's a good reason for that. The product sucks. If he'd spend as much time on product development as he does begging for positive reviews, writing up novel-length "how to" posts in his forum on how to write positive SBI! reviews, whining about so-called "fake" (i.e., negative) reviews, and attacking people who dislike his archaic and outdated product, maybe he could get somewhere. But this crap has been going on for at least a decade, which, not coincidentally, is just about how old and outdated the sites built with SBI! Solo Build It! actually look.

Sitesell is without a doubt my No.1 recommendation for anyone starting a website for the first time. I wanted to create a website, instead SBI taught me how to build a life for myself online with lasting results. I have been with Sitesell since 2004. I can move my website any day and have tried many other platforms to compare. Here is why I personally never want to be without SBI:

* the most secure hosting - no hackers, no down time!
* outstanding technical support - no issue to big or small
* ongoing training and education - no guess work, ever
* top of the range website builder - constantly improving
* $29 p/m is a steal compared to what I would be paying for the 10,000-15,000 daily visitors to my site if I had to pay another host.
* owner Ken Evoy and the Sitesell team are amazing, ethical and supportive people who have their site-owners best interest at heart every step of the way.

Don't take my word for it though, use another platform and feel how online failure feels, then try Sitesell, it is the only way you will truly appreciate everything SBI has to offer.

I have found SBI to be an outstanding service provider. I have used them since 2008 and I have only praise for their resources, service and continual support. I have done my research and SBI provide great value for a very reasonable fee.

Site built it (or solo built it) is the most trustworthy service we have yet to had the pleasure of using. Owned by Ken Evoy it is a must have tool for anyone trying to build an income online from scratch.
