I received a damaged toilet seat and, after a long wait for a replacement, I was sent another one that was even more broken. The company no longer replies to my messages. The packaging was intact, so I believe they sent me defective products. I feel scammed. I strongly advise against using their services.
I ordered a toilet seat which was quite expensive. It arrived broken at my place. No problem. I informed the company. They send a replacement which also arrived broken. I also tell them that it arrived broken and I got no answer back. I am very frustrated that I payed over 86 euros for 2 broken toilet seats! Do not buy here
