Horrible at getting back to me. They say their sizes are true to size. They are not. I’ve been a uk 10-us11 my whole life. My toes squish at the front. Now to send it back it cost me 80$ and I can’t even get an exchange. The quality of the shoes is not up to standard. I only bought these shoes because the postage on numerous was so high. But I’m wishing I went with numerous because this company is a total scam.

Poor customer service. Paid for many items many times, totalling over £400, only for their jean buttons to fall off and tops to fray and become tacky. Both unwearable. Contacted customer service only to be partly funded a gift card which didn’t even cover half the cost of the jeans. Very disappointed won’t be using again

I love sinners attire. The quality is amazing and the styles are right on trend or even better. They set the bar for style and quality that lasts. Especially the jeans that actually are soo comfortable and actually are stretchy. But each detail especially is iconic.

Shorts are so comfy had a issue with order but was sorted very fast great service

I've bought the cargo shorts in charcoal and now the cargos. Both are super lightweight and comfy. They are extremely well made and also stretchy, so the cargos are ideal for my work.
I'll definitely be back for more pieces.

There was a delay in my shipment, but they kept in contact with me and followed up on a regular basis when I got the order it fit perfect very high-quality and very comfortable! Love it !

I ordered the bundle pair of non‑rip jeans and, upon arrival, tried on the blue pair which fitted perfectly. Based on that, I removed the labels from both pairs and took them on holiday. When I went to wear the black pair, the ankle opening was so tight that I couldn’t get my foot through.

I contacted customer service to request a simple exchange, fully explaining the issue. I received no response, so I sent a follow‑up message. I still haven’t heard anything back.

At this point, I feel I’ve been completely ignored by customer service, and my only remaining option may be to raise a chargeback with my credit card provider.

I'd buy more, but I'm getting on a bit 😂 so the clothing I buy lasts me for years, plus I buy things that are specific and they still look great years later 👌👍

The chinos were a disappointment based on the standards i have for sinners. The material feels and look like fleece and it picks up darts too easily. It's not worth the £50.
It fits alright.
