I sent a personalised clock to France and paid the shipping fees. The product got stuck in customs and I had to pay a ridiculous fee for it to clear customs, which meant I paid more in shipping and fees than the product is worth. Instead of making any attempt to make good the situation, the customer service was terrible, they just said it wasn’t their issue and were very defensive about not having had this issue for ages. It wasn’t until about email 7 that they even said sorry. Given I purchased three products from them, you’d have thought they’d have made an effort to rectify the situation. I can only conclude they care very little about their customers.

I paid extra to get the song the next day. I still haven't. Ive made contact and had no reply back , disappointing

Got this as a gift. It played the song once and then started buzzing with all kinds of electrical interference noises. Tried to call customer services which is perpetually apparently busy and directs to a voicemail that they don’t reply to. Their website and no reply either. Terrible customer service.

I originally brought a sing me name clock for my son who was instantly mesmerised by the fact it sang his name. He is pretty hard on toys as most boys are and the clock has stood the test of time quite literally and continues to wake him up for school. Almost a year later I have recently received three more clocks for my nieces who I’m sure will be all smiles as they hear their names sung to them on Christmas day! Absolutely love this. After the Alarm-clock was such a successful gift, I purchased the MP3 Pink Rabbit to my niece and she can't go to sleep without listening to the lullaby song. Really great products!

I bought another Sing My Name kids alarm clock a few weeks ago for my Grandson's birthday. I'd heard about them years ago from a friend of mine who visits Hamleys regularly. I've had several of their CDs and other products in the past. The ordering process was easy and it arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition. What I couldn't believe was the reaction of my Grandson Josh to it - as soon as he heard his name in the song he started jumping around and dancing and wouldn't stop playing it. Now he carries it around with him everywhere and his Dad has also loaded in another of his favourite songs as well, which I didn't even know it could do!
