I want my jeans
I ordered some dark blue classic jeans and was sent some flexi trousers. Can't exchange or order the originals again as they are now out of stock. Customer service were helpful but not in getting my original purchase order ☹

My parcel was delayed and for days and…
I am NOT happy with the response given because the parcel was delivered outside the time stated which you mentioned and it supports my case even more. Give me my refund on my delivery and stop copying and pasting the same spiel .......... Where is the customer service when you are in the wrong?
My parcel was delayed and for days and when I chased they said it can take the full 5 working days but my parcel was delivered after the 5th day.. When I ask about this I got a generic response although they did not fulfill this within the specified days I paid for ... terrible customer service

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear your parcel has experienced a delay in getting to you. Although the majority of our orders are delivered within the stated timeframe , sadly delays with couriers do occasionally happen that are out of our control.
Your order was placed on Saturday and as stated on the website, the courier companies do not do collection at the weekends. Therefore, the orders are dispatched the next working day and might take up to 5 working days. According to your tracking information, your order was delivered to your address on Saturday.
