I received any email to say my account had been temporarily blocked until I provided id. I have sent all my id and was confirmed everything was validated I have sent several emails over last 9 days and have had no response on the live chat as soon as you mention when will I receive my funds they don’t speak to you right and say send an email which again no response I reached out on the customer support line and was told not to panic and my funds were with transaction team and will receive in 1 to 2 days when asking on live chat could they confirm this they said no it’s not so been told more lies again no one wants to help you and now I’ve lost 3000pound don’t used this site can’t be trusted and I will never play online games again

Once I sent through my documents for verification and the account was verified (this only took a few days) my withdrawals were proccessed. I also used the online chat which was responded to quickly. The reason I have only given a 3/5 is that I feel the processing of withdrawals could be much quicker in line with other sites. Many have the money into your account on the same day. I enjoy playing on the site as it has a good range of slots. Overall, I've had a good experience so far and will continue using the site.
