I telephoned in the morning and very quickly and painlessly agreed a price with the sales manager Will. I was then contacted by James who made it all happen. I can’t praise James enough as he made the whole experience an efficient and pleasurable experience, something I wouldn’t normally say about buying a car. The showroom was some distance from me but worth the trip and when I collected the vehicle it was serviced and immaculate. Despite the travel I would undoubtedly return to Sinclair Ludlow for my next vehicle. First class all round - well done James.

I’ve started to notice that some upmarket dealership groups seem to be forgetting the basics — simple manners and how to treat people properly.

There’s an assumption at times that if you don’t fit the “stereotypical” premium car buyer, you’re not worth engaging with. That’s a mistake.

A customer is a customer.

That’s exactly why my experience at Ludlow stood out so much. Warm, professional, and respectful throughout, with no assumptions and no pressure. Exactly how it should be.

Other dealerships could learn a lot from this approach.
