I am really impressed with most of your staff members but I have to mention a hardworking,friendly guy called Ron who collects bins in kt3 area.

Fantastic service delivery, on the 14th November by Pawel Marciniec, delivered 9 bins, he was friendly, approachable, and in great spirit, Pawel was very happy to assist ( excellent communication) nothing was to much.

Having tried several different waste collectors and found them to be very unreliable it was refreshing to have my bin collected with no hassle and no excuses required due to failed pick ups. An excellent service and i am so pleased with this company.
If you have experienced poor service from waste carriers switch to this company.

We wanted to change our weekly collections and add in a glass collection. Rebecca was very helpful and speedy to respond to my enquiry. The glass bin arrived on schedule and everything is running as planned.

Customer service no existent. Second time bin not emptied although lorry has been!. Last time office staff as good as told my wife she was lying and charged us again to empty the bin properly the next day. This time we got the old “ the managers not in the office” nonsense and told they would get back!. They say the bin is weighed before and after. Maybe they should tell their drivers what an empty bin weighs as they obviously don’t know. I would advise using someone else.
