Gift Receipt/Note Card Option Needed
Smooth process to order. My only complaint is the present didn’t provide a gift receipt, which left the recipient wondering who sent until I mentioned it. You would expect this from a company that specializes in personalized gifts. Beyond a gift receipt, a note card option would be a nice added feature - willing to pay extra for this service.

Very good quality
I am very pleased with the quality of the two personalized hard cover books I ordered for my soon to be born grandson. I ordered toddler level books and the graphics and text are very entertaining. I was amazed that the books were made in Scotland and the staff was very pleasant to deal with. I will do business with the company in the future.

SNAFU - All's well that ends well
