I ordered this book as a Christmas gift for my husband and I couldn't be happier. We watched the lunar landing together the first summer we were dating , so this book has special meaning. And the cover is personalized with his name and inside there is a dedication from me. I absolutely love it. Also, the price was LESS that from other catalogs, which didn't even offer personalization. Plus, it arrived promptly. All in all, a wonderful shopping experience.

No way to get any information on the website. Then the product was shipped and they don’t supply a tracking number or even how it’s being shipped! When you go to the site it says no tracking info available because they are busy? So is every other company at Christmas time and they still give you tracking info. Won’t shop here again.

Good but not great
It is a front page of the newspaper squeezed on a smaller format so the print is smaller. That is understandable. Still possible to read. The print though looks like old fashion Xerox, which it probably is, with the markings of folded, archived paper. I could probably have same result making xerox from the Library of Congress archives but maybe not on this size and not this quality paper. So all in all great way to have this xerox delivered to my door. Paper quality is nice. Cardstock type. Needs to be framed to be hung.

Thieves
Thieves. They took my money and reported my order was processed and then sent but never provided any tracking. My order is now a week overdue. Impossible to get anyone to answer customer service number listed and absolutely no response to e-mail either. I am now having to threaten BBB, attorney general complaint. Sadly the amount involved would not be worth small claims but they need to be punished for illegal business practices that amounts to theft.

From looking into this, we can see that a member of the customer service team has been in touch and has advised that your order is currently now being returned as upon ordering you have provided a PO Box address for our courier service, the website states within the delivery terms and conditions of which you agreed to, that if you are selecting a courier service we cannot ship to this type of address.
Our business hours are from 9am to 12pm east coast time, therefore calling and emailing outside of these hours over the weekend will not get a response until at least Monday or Tuesday, during busy periods you may be diverted to a voicemail service where you can leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We can see that a member of the customer service team has been in touch to inform you that upon UPS returning this item back to us, we would be more than happy to send this item back out free of charge to a non PO box address.
