The description of the property matched the reality. Common sense was assumed without lists of 'don't do this' etc. The site was easy to use and it was clear that the property owners' 'voice' came through clearly, not a piece of AI-generated text, as on other sites.

Well what a wholly deflating episode alround. Being quoted £1400 for a week albeit “estimated” for a property only to be then told it was £4541.05 by the booking website astounded me. Well over 3 times more in pricing. Along with the time wasted , I can only go with the experience I’ve had off the website and I am giving warning to tread carefully and be prepared for disappointment as a result.

We found Simply Owners a great way to look for a holiday. Safe and secure online booking and direct contact with the owners of the villa. We found the most beautiful Villa and the whole experience of booking was easy to navigate and was great to actually speak with the owners that gave us peace of m8nd. Would highly recommend this company.

Their customer service is excellent. The phone is answered in a very short time and any enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Plus their contact telephone number is on their website so can be contacted immediately unlike other competitors.
I can highly recommend this company.

We stayed Villa Calderia Lagos, reference number 165499. Lovely villa plenty of room for the 5 of us . Lagos 10 minutes away. Easy to get too from Faro. There was a local restaurant and cafe which was walkable . Would recommend

We are a so pleased to have found this beautiful villa it has everything we wanted for our holiday, it has so much space with a great kitchen and lounge, two large bedrooms each having a bathroom, the pool is fabulous and outside dining also, the garden is very beautiful and we will be hoping to return next year. Calan Porter has given us everything you need for the perfect place to stay made all the better with this perfect villa

Good size Villa with a great pool that was enjoyed by our 3 grandchildren. Quiet location and a safe environment. Plenty of room for four adults and three children and visits from family living nearby. Would recommend.

A Beautiful Week in a Beautiful Villa…

We wanted to spend a week in the south of France for a special occasion and came upon ‘Simply Owners’ and this wonderful villa. Firstly, Simply Owners is great as you cut out the middle men and speak directly to the owner of the villa you have chosen which is brilliant as you can converse and ask questions etc. The owner of our chosen villa was so lovely that you just knew that you had chosen the right villa for your needs and this was proven when we arrived; lush secluded gardens surrounded by high trees with hidden areas of tables and chairs, a hammock, various lovely areas to eat outside, games to play such as table tennis, and a swimming pool with lilos etc. Simply everything has been thought of that you could need. The villa itself is beautifully decorated, very much in the French style, and the choices of colours are tasteful and relaxing… the furniture is lovely and there are plenty of cushions and comfy seating…. also plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels etc.
Quite simply, the villa is perfect, and the owner is too.
