This company hijacked my phone

After visiting xxx.simplyjobs.com i started getting these annoying pop up messages on my phone home screen and they wont stop no matter what i do, no matter who i call or ask. Do not sign up for any name that starts with xxx.simply______.com or anything like it. The jobs are bogus, stolen from real sites. Stick with the job search sites with a good reputation. They are not one of them!

Not honest

We paid 100.00 and had one response from simply hired. The one response had the wrong resume attached and an issue with the email address. When we contacted the company they were implying our ad was a bit to long.
However the same ad in indeed attracted 100 plus responses in a week.
I don't believe this company is functional and I would be suspicious of the number of positive reviews. I think they are probably not to a legitimate company from our experience. They have no interest in owning up to their responsibility to provide the services advertised.

Age Discrimination

This afternoon I received a telephone call from a Simply Hired Employment Specialist identifying herself as Amy. Amy said that she needed to ask me a few questions as a follow-up to a position that I applied for. I responded to Amy's questions; however, when Amy asked me the year of my high school graduation, apparently she didn't like my answer. She asked me to repeat it, and subsequently, disconnected the call. Hmmmmm.....feels like age discrimination. Shame on Amy and Simply Hired. Perhaps Amy needs a lesson in sensitivity training and a refresher course on Employment Law. One star is generous, zero would be more appropriate. If I wasn't stunned by Amy's behavior, I might be offended, but it isn't worth wasting the energy fretting over a job that probably didn't even exist.

Pretty good job site

I had a job that was ok, but not great. So I would browse Simply Hired from time to time. I finally broke down and set up email alerts for a few different jobs and lo and behold actually found a job in my field of study! It took 4 months but I'm on my third round of interviews and it's looking good. Easiest job search ever.

Results I Wanted

I've tried several other job board sites to find the job I was looking for: an entry-level marketing position, and while other job sites kept pulling up the same jobs that I saw on other websites, Simply Hired gave me fresh, unique results. The best part was how after I uploaded my resume, the Simply Hired webpage not only allowed me to do a 1-step easily apply feature, it also gave me more accurate, tailored search results that matched the information I had on my resume. It also sent me regular email notifications whenever fresh, relevant jobs came up on their site. Whenever I wanted to get fewer updates (or to stop it completely), it was easy to adjust it to meet my needs.

This is a great tool for job seekers.

I was tired of my current company so I looked on Simply Hired for something new and interesting for me. Simply Hired had a lot of new and different opportunities for my career growth and I'm thankful that I found my current job from Simply Hired.

Great resource for job search

Broad selection of jobs in all locations in the US - pretty much anything you could potentially want in a job search site. Very clean, easy to navigate, and results are really well matched to search criteria. Highly recommend as a place to search, and apply for, jobs.

Best Job Search Engine on the Planet!~

I had been looking for a job and purused several usual suspects like CareerBuilder, Monster and Dice. When I searched on those sites I got mostly entry level positions in banks or basic all commission sales jobs.

I went to Simply Hired based on a recommendation. There were several jobs looking for the experience I have and I applied to 3 of those jobs. I had an interview at all three and entered into the hiring process. I landed the Job I LOVE!!!

Thanks Simply Hired.

PS Loved the Email alerts.....always spot on. Never felt as though there were a bunch of ads either.

Only Job Search Site You Need

At first I used Simply Hired as just a part of my online job search, alongside other job search sites and job boards. Over time I found that Simply Hired consistently had more relevant and fresher results, and I would hardly even check any other sites. I always recommend it to people who are looking for a new job opportunity or just want to see what else is out there.

Paying for applying!!??? Seriously??

Title says all. How come this site is not listed as a scam? Paying for a mashup of offers you'll find anywhere else. Being unemployed is not bad enough, these velvetjobs vultures are here for your remains.

Yes, Very simple, but as an employer we don't even get access to "clicks"

I signed up thinking this would be a simple, top notch site with full disclosure. Unfortunately, as an employer, you don't even get to see who clicked on the job posting. This is a valuable asset to have because maybe someone was truly interested, but intimidated to make the leap.
Also, the customer service attempted to blame the wording of my job posting. Well, we are a financial firm and have strict guidelines governed by the FINRA, SEC and even our own internal compliance office. It anything is changed or altered, then it is deemed illegal. Good lesson for you guys at simplynothired.
I was not provided a full list of where my job postings were listed. This is a serious trust factor. They would only show a few, but CLAIMED there are many many more. Hm. If they are keeping employers in the dark, I am curious what is happening to those applying?

Simply Hired is very helpful!

Simply Hired is helpful because it combs the web for jobs found on different job sites. This often leads me to further explore those companies, even if the particular job isn't one I'm qualified for. Often when you open a job description you will see other related jobs in the lower left-hand corner that might not otherwise appear in your immediate job alert.

User-friendly & straight to the point!

Of the many job search engines that I've tried recently, Simply Hired is by far & away the easiest & most enjoyable to use. The job alert e-mails that I receive are always a perfect match for what I'm seeking, unlike the other search engines that often send me notifications which don't correspond to my profile. When I click on a Simply Hired link, it sends me directly to where I want to go, and makes applying to jobs very simple!
