We have had Dell, HP and Toshiba now Lenova and ASUS are producing the machines of choice. I recently bought a ASUS for a friend and it arrived to the hour they said and from start to finish the communication is what is expected from a top firm. The laptop seems fine and although very early days have had no problems at all.

Purchased a laptop for my wife's birthday, excellent value with quick delivery. Received email and text messages updating my on the delivery progress and eventually received a text advising a 1 hour delivery slot and it duly arrived on time. I know where my next laptop is coming from. My wife's laptop is excelent by th way.

I ordered Friday evening and my laptop turned up late Tuesday, as promised. Good service. Great price!

I found the whole process of ordering to delivery very professional. I ordered on the Friday and it was delivered on the Monday. I received a text from courier and he was very prompt. The parcel was well wrapped and not damaged in the least . On opening my computer was well packed and everything worked perfect and set up was very easy. As stated in other reviews a back up windows disc would have been welcome as I unfortunately downloaded several viruses straight away, but on saying that setting the computer back to factory spec was very easy. Very pleased with everything overall.

The laptop is supplied with Windows 8 pre-installed but no installation disc is provided. I foolishly attempted to update Windows before making a system image and repair disc. The update size was over 1GB and the update failed. Windows attempted to revert to the original installation but without success initially. After several re-boot attempts I eventually got back to the original installation before I could create and image of the c drive. Although I guess, pre-installing the operating system is standard ASUS practice, if the vendor's website made this clear I might have reconsidered the purchase. However, the laptop (a gift to my granddaughter) is working fine - but I don't think she has tried to update Windows yet!!

Found SimplyAsus after a little surfing. Good price, and in stock. Used the Collect+ delivery option, which worked a treat. Ordered on a Sunday evening, picked it up on the Tuesday. Received regular updates on the order (processed, dispatched etc) and a txt alert telling me that the item was ready for collection, with a weblink to print off an authorisation barcode. No hassles at the collection, no problems anywhere along the line. Good bit of kit.

Very impressive service, An excellent product at a great price. I used standard delivery but the laptop arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order and I was kept informed of the order's status every step of he way.

this is the second time i have purchased laptops from simply asus and just like the first time i had no problems at all,delivery and tracking was spot on and although i chose standard delivery it was delivered next day,would recommend to anyone

Fast delivery of fantastic products. Only negative is the credit card charges in this day and age, especially the corporate card charges.

Really easy to.use website, I can use a computer but buying one was a bit over my capabilities, I knew what spec I needed and I really liked the look of Asus, no other website broke down the specs as simply as this website, apt name for a very apt company.
Ordering was really easy, and the prices were highly competitive if not lower than high street shops.
Paid for next day delivery and I could watch on dpds website as my parcel went around to an almost pinpoint accurate delivery time.
The product was in excellent condition (packaging) and on openings as ordered.

A laptop with a faulty keyboard is useless. We have wasted time on this and now my daughter has to go back to school without it. Annoying.
