Risk Assessments are not good enough (edit at the end of the review)
I recently paid for the health and safety suite so that I could download some rams.However, the risk assessments were not fit for purpose and did not itemise enough risks/hazards. For example, scaffolding only has four, bricklaying only has four, and digging in excavations only has three!!
Unfortunately, none of the rams were good enough to meet any of my client's expectations so I had to write them all myself from scratch which made the purchasing from SimplyDocs a pointless exercise.
Edit: Since writing this, I have been contacted by the company's owner. He has dealt with my complaint in an extremely timely and professional manner. After a chat, he agreed that some risk assessments needed to be more in-depth and has made a plan to amend them where necessary.
Although my experience wasn't what I was looking for, I can wholeheartedly commend them on their quick response and desire to ensure that going forward their risk assessments will have sufficient information.
