I found that the initial contacts were extremely friendly & helpful. My only disappointment was that, following discussions with my Nominated Representatives, I sent an email advising their detail & although I requested confirmation of the email I did not get a reply & had to phone the detail to you. All is now well.

Very good company
Very good company, dealt with my mom's wishes so fast and without no fuss. My mom is a little deaf so the lady was helpful with her and me as we had to pass the phone to each other. We got there in the end.
