So far so good. Very good personal customer service. We have both telephone and broadband system operating via the Three mobile network, and this is far better than old copper PSTN connection we had previously. We went for this alternative solution as there is no sign of us having fibre optic connection in our area.

Clear and simple communications, do what they say when they say, and really good to have a call centre which you can phone back and actually speak to the person who is dealing with your account, or at least has knowledge of it. Also good to find a service which is genuinely geared up to handle the different circumstances in which vulnerable relatives can find themselves.

Was seamless and hassle free, very refreshing to not be transferred to overseas call centre and they couldn't have been more helpful, kept me informed throughout the process. I had an issue after the BT engineer came and within an hour was fixed and phone up and running.

Was losing hope how to get a direct phone line for my mother-in-laws room in her Care home as her existing provider and BT were unable to help, when I read about this solution offered by Simple Telecommunications. And it works! The call-handlers Evan and Louise in the Provisioning team were very helpful and efficient, and at each stage of the process, I was kept fully informed and updated by email. Switched to 1Phone service. Changeover seamless with no loss of service - very important as I can't use a mobile.
Easy to access support and help throughout. Any queries were responded to promptly and courteously.
Apart from one small hiccup when I was erroneously asked to set up another DD, which slightly delayed things (but was spotted and quickly corrected) the experience was painless.

Tony and Nicola went over and beyond helping my elderly parents when they had various issues with another provider and they helped managed to secure the existing landline number and get my parents on a better deal. Tony truly was a godsend and helped and assisted in matters that didn’t concern his company but he did offered to help and I was very grateful for his expertise and knowledge. I can’t recommend this provider enough all round they’re just customer focused and value their clients. Thank you so much from me and my parents for everything.

I was trying to find a company to switch to for my grandparents as they had been paying a fortune elsewhere for a phone line and I happened to find simple tele coms.
