Honest and Ethical
I have bought and sold deals to Simple Wholesaling. They are very professional, honest and transparent! They are very ethical and make the closing process simple. I look forward to doing many deals with them!!

Very bad experience with this company
Very bad experience with this company. This company backed out of a Signed Purchase Agreement. With no legit reason per several local realtors and legal advise experts. I will be proceeding through small claims or civil court this week. I don't recommend this company. Although, Ronnie was very nice and pleasant in person and over the phone!

We are Willing to go through with this Signed Signed contract to do the deal no Problem...
But we will not give you cash under the TABLE, it has to be on the ALTA Statement (closing docs). If you want to do it, GREAT, but from what we were told you would have to bring 7k to the closing in order to close. This is due to fines & back taxes. That's why the deal didn't go through, we didn't back out. We would like to do the deal at those terms signed.... That is all we can say, Thanks.
Honor and integrity is still alive.
A hand shake with this company is like a signed contract. A rare glimpse of the past of what it was like when integrity and honor was most important within a company.

Great Review!
We are wholesalers and the Simple Quarters team was very responsive and very easy to work with. They bought the property that we were wholesaling and the process was easy and closing happened with no problem. I would definitely work with them in the future!

I've worked with Simple Quarters on 4-5…
I've worked with Simple Quarters on 4-5 deals in 2018. It's been a very positive experience for me, in both the negotiation side and the transaction side. I've been fortunate to have a positive experience on ALL my deals with this group. I appreciate both their understanding of today's real estate investment market, and the valuable service they provide to the wholesaler like myself. I highly recommend them

Great company to deal with.
Great company to deal with. I was looking at selling my home because of the deteriorating area, but then a family medical emergency meant I needed to sell asap. I had contacted a couple of buyers some months ago about the property and Simple Quarters was the only one to get back in contact with me, and they were also kind enough to honor their previous offer. They were my first choice to sell to and I'm so glad I did.

Hey Amanda, thanks so much for the review! We make sure when we buy these homes to have a win-win solution, and we are glad to see you felt we did an excellent job in this. As the actual buyer of the property, we are happy this transaction worked out for both of us! Best wishes in the future and thanks once again for the opportunity to serve you.
